These folks did my new home my Michaels Homes. Kitchen cabinets and 3 baths. They were wonderful as I got to choose my specialty pieces (pull-outs, deep drawers, glass fronts, etc). Since then I have needed them to correct/add/complete items, and they wont return my calls. It has been almost 2 years, and I still dont have a specialty latch that I paid for! I was measured for extra cabinets in February 2016, and it is now July, 2016. Im so disappointed in them. Maybe they tried to grow too fast, and now cannot provide service to current customers. Beware.

Cabinets looked nice at first. Paint starting to chip in some areas. Still under their 1 year warranty and will not respond to emails/phone calls to return to fix the cabinets. Still have drawers that wont open and close normally. Was promised that these small items would be takes care of as it was under the warranty period.

Too busy to quote for some new cabinets ? They will live to regret that choice...... Now have to take my new kitchen elsewhere...
