I would like to share my experince with one of thier agent ." Melinda lawson " . I had used my personal agent to put an offer on a home, melinda said there was no offers on it yet ,so we put an offer,and my agent phone called melinda to make sure she got the offer, she said yes she did get it so we was waiting on a response . I waited on the seller response , but his realtor melinda that he used to sell his home . Was completely not honest ,she didnt respond to the offer that we put in for the home , then the day after melinda called and told my agent that the seller accepted another offer ,my offer was not responded to , but i found out that an "" agent "" maybe he is a relative or friend to melinda ,who put an offer that the seller accepted . He is the one buying the home . The seller realtor"melinda" told my agent that the seller didnt want to respond to my offer and he accepted another offer . But what i think that the seller didnt know about my offer and his realtor "melinda"and the buyer "realator too" played a game . i couldnt get the home that i went and saw with my family , we loved that home so much , the whole family felt so bad when they found out the way that melinda played her game on us not to be able to get that home . The home is 350k and both realtor knows the home worth more .thats why melinda ignored my offer . What i think that these two greedy realtor should be reported to real estate board . Thanks . Beaware of the these agents office . Exitmurfressboro . They will buy the good homse and resale them and you wont have a chance to get the good homes for your family , Becuase these realtors plays togather in the same circle

Everything started out great. It started with something small when my agent (F.Bugg) asked me to a meet and greet with him to discuss what we wanted. It was out of the way for us to meet there which I explained and he ignored. Also out me in rush hour traffic on 24 1st the time he wanted to meet. We had 2 more meetings throughout the process that he wouldnt budge on. Also he didnt inform us that a $250 transfer fee was our responsibility upon closing. (he also struggled to remember my first name.) he ignored my call for 3 weeks. When we did talk he blamed limestone title agency. I called them. 3rd time calling finally got someone and they said the seller normally pays this. Coming off hold he said it was my responsibility and Fred should have told me about it. There are more issues but this is just stupid. It takes weeks to get a hold of someone and I dont have the time to show up at their offices. But I guess I have too. So sick of this. PLEASE dont use this agency.
