A dear friend of mine lost her mother about a year and a half ago. Her parents had pre-paid arrangements for years prior to her passing. I believe it was on a Tuesday her mom died, and I think she called Harpeth Hills on a Wednesday. The lady she spoke with at HH said they were unable to do a weekend burial on such short notice. This was very unconfident due to out of town relatives. Im sorry, if you have someone that has pre-paid in advance, they should get top priority. I dont care how many burials are schedule, they should have a back-up plan to call in extra help. No excuse.

We had a memorial service at the pavilion (with the fountain out front). This place is really nice. Its a newer building with hardwood floors and high ceilings, so you didnt need a microphone or PA. They have multiple large screen TVs mounted to display pictures. We ordered a couple trays of food, and they set up tables and church seating for the service. The employees were cordial, and mostly stayed out of the way. Overall, couldnt have asked for a better experience or setting to remember a loved one.

Mr. Mundy, We apologize for the issues with the mausoleum building at Crestview in Gallatin. We have confirmed there are no leaks inside the mausoleum and have repairs scheduled for the roof. I think youll find many improvements have been made to the cemetery since we purchased it and the new funeral home has offered the families in the community another option with a modern approach to sharing each unique life story.

We would like to think Harpeth Hills for the professional and caring way that they handled our fathers funeral. At a time when we were not thinking clearly they handled all of our needs, and they did a wonderful job on preparing our father to look like he was so peaceful and yet looked just like him.
