I had to wait 20 minutes before I get started. Scott was my barber, he did not wash my hair and did not even splash water on it before he start passing the machine on my hair. He used the machine to cut the sides and the back. They were OK but he also used the machine to cut the entire hair with no scissors. This made the cut looks so funny and no style or form at all. How could not use a scissor to cut the hair from the top. I paid only 40 $ but this cut should be really not more than 10. I rather pay 15 more and get decent service and better person who uses scissor. He left and did not even showed me how the cut look as if he is forced to do this job seems to be good in designs and only for their close friends...

If you want a barbershop that makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and anxious to cut your hair DO NOT come here. I waited for 30-40 minutes and never got looked at. As each barber finished with thier customer they just gathered together and made no acknowledgement that I was there, waiting. They probably didnt give me service because I was a normal human being.

The only reason I come here is because not many barbershops in el paso have black barbers. Their service is very unorganized, if you dont know a specific barber, you could literally sit there a few hrs before getting your haircut. I take my boys there only as the last resort. Personally,i dont even go there for my cuts.

The guy who cut my hair did good but I cant understand why they would charge $25 for a haircut/fade. Normally, I wouldnt ever pay that much but needed a haircut last minute otherwise there are plenty other places to get a reasonable cut at a reasonable price in EP.

I came for the $10 haircut Tuesday and Sydney did a great job. She cleaned me up really nice and now Im bringing my son to get cleaned up. We both need to look fresh for the summer.

Very friendly staff, felt comfortable and welcomed. Greeted us when we entered and within 15 minutes of our walk in, were taken care of. Will be coming again.
