This was our first daycare experience and it started off decently enough. There were some concerns about the cleanliness of the facility and although the front desk area wasnt quite welcoming, there was one teacher who was incredibly kind and trustworthy during our initial time there. However, it went downhill pretty quickly from there. My child was moved to a new class with a new "teacher" who very obviously was overwhelmed and was only there for the paycheck. As evident when she asked to borrow money from my family (Yes, you read that right). Every time Id pick my child up the whole class was sitting down ALL THE TIME, with someone always in the corner for some moronic reason (potty training accident for instance). I never received any "work" (colorings, drawings, little knick knacks) from my child like I had in the beginning. While I was present in the room, the kids were eating and chatting as two year olds do. The teachers reaction was ridiculous. She told them "Should I start picking up your plate? Huh? Since it sounds like your done!" Theyre TWO. They serve them food and theyre not allowed to eat until "teacher says" its ok. Theyre toddlers, not dogs. All the while, the teacher was walking around chatting it up with the aides while eating the kids snacks. There were issues with them not wiping my child correctly SEVERAL times and it had to be addressed by the director. Who doesnt wipe and smears rash cream over feces? I carefully groomed daycares and this at the time seemed like a wonderful fit. Id be lying if I said at the beginning it wasnt. But as stated, it definitely changed once they got my money in their hands. I was glad to get out of there and find a much healthier location where my child is respected and cared for.

My family and I consider this daycare one of the best options from El Paso, I am so glad we moved from the Westside to the East, near Montwood because it was very difficult to find a flexible schedule and besides the lesson plans the teachers post monthly have helped a lot to the development of my toddler. I read all this reviews and I am so glad I didnt let influenced myself with them because I would of lost the chance to give my child a good development. In my case experience I see they have everything clean they even have their own cook, maintenance lady , the teachers only focus on teaching and caregiving , the cafeteria is big , I really recommend it.

This daycare always has their lights OFF. Why? To save electricity? That is so unproffesional for a facility who handles babies and children. Yes, the rooms with the children have the lights ON, but everytime I walked in to pick up my children I had to turn on the hall lights myself; and several times after I turned on the lights myself to walk down the hallways, the manager in charge would turn them off right behind me....... then I had to use my cell phone flashlight. SO RIDICULOUS! If you stop and visit this daycare right now, look behind the front offices towards the hallways and see how dark it looks in there. Are your children safe? NO!

This daycare is the worst i have ever been too. They are VERY unprofessional. The manager in the front called all my emergency contacts phone numbers listed and decided to let them know my financial situation , which is no ones business. If my financial situation was such a big deal they could have addressed it to me PERSONALLY instead of calling everyone listed on my childs information. Not only did she call everyone on the emergency contacts but she had a horrible attitude with them. THESE LADIES ARE ONLY HERE FOR A PAYCHECK, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS!!!

DIRTY!! My daughter WAS taking my granddaughter here and when I picked her up kids were crying there were still dirty dishes from lunch. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. The worst part my granddaughter had one shoe on her face was filthy, I almost broke out crying at that moment!! I kept my composure got my granddaughter went straight to the "director" told her please drop her from this sorry excuse for a day care she did not try and stop me give an explanation just SAID OKAY. The children enrolled here are being neglected!

My children used to attend this daycare. I recently had to remove them due to the fact the staff is completely unprofessional and did not have my children best interest at hand. As I was dismissing my child from this daycare I over heard a staff member yelling at a parent over a financial situation. None the less I was glad to be removing them from this facility and I DO NOT recommend this daycare to anyone else.

Looking for a daycare and all these bad reviews are scary. I will never bring my kids to this place.
