"Very poor quality product and disgraceful customer service. Ordered business cards with online designer, they arrived completely off centre and looked unprofessional. I sent an email to Gotprint with full information then was asked for all the information again. Second email I sent was ignored. I then decided to chase up via live chat facility on website and was told I would get a coupon code for the full value. I then received an email saying I could only get a 50% coupon code. Totally unacceptable to send me a poor quality product and then have this incredibly poor customer service and tell me I cant have a refund. "

Great company with fast turnarounds. Im in the east coast and they always deliver professional quality business cards/ brochures/ postcards with very responsive customer service. Great if you know the basic principles of 4-color process printing, but it may be intimidating to order something yourself - but they have plenty of tutorials and information on their website to help you along. The sample kit they provide is a very good and is a helpful reference material. Color management is not as extensive but its accurate enough for some of my projects.

I know how valuable reviews are and I wanted to share a word about GotPrint. I was introduced to them by a colleague last year and have been submitting print jobs to them ever since. Their prices are fair and quality is high. I have called customer support several times to get some questions answered– it has been a pleasure every time. I highly recommend this printer!

If you need it cheap they are good, if you need it on time dont bother. The Dallas Facility seems OK the Burbank Facility is always behind and cant meet a deadline. If you have a problem they will just give the same response and keep giving you a later time to check back in to see if its fixed just to give the same response and push the time back again.

The worst customer service experience Ive ever had. They ignored my emails and questions while adding on extra charges for my order. I had ordered many times before but never will again. Id rather pay a few dollars more for better service.

Got my prints fast and cheaper than other places. If you have some lead time I always order online. Local is just too expensive. I got my order for aroun $80 including shipping. The local guys wanted close to $300.
