I initially enjoyed my experience there, and Ive been there a total of 4 times and saw the same barber each time. However, my last experience was less than stellar. Tonya, the barber in question, wasnt exactly the most receptive to my requests. I asked her to line my mustache but not trim it down. I requested this because on my second visit there I asked her to line it and she essentially cut it off by trimming it down too low (in her defense though, I dont have the thickest mustache to begin with lol) but I made no complaint. On this visit I asked her to line it without trimming it. Noticing she grabbed her clippers instead of the trimmer I said "You dont have to trim it down-" and before I could elaborate she said "Calm down" and rolled her eyes. I then said "I dont mean to offend you, you do great, I just-" then she stated "Im not offended...you just-but ok Ill trim it." I immediately told her not to worry about it and she promptly dusted me off and went to the register. Despite her sudden change in demeanor, I tipped her $7. Why? Because she seemed to be in a bad mood, so I figured a few extra bucks may cheer her up. Not even a thank you lol. Needless to say, the shop itself is nice, and the other staff there seem friendly and professional. Perhaps it was bad day for her, but as a customer I will not be returning to her chair.

I wound up getting my cut from Cindy and was very specific about what I wanted and didnt want. I asked to start with a longer fade on the side to see how it looked and then asked to go shorter; she wouldnt go shorter, insisting that she wasnt done yet. I also asked for only a very light trim on the top as Im trying to grow the hair out up there for a specific style that it needs to be longer for, especially in the front (I made it very clear I did not want the length on the front messed with). She wound up cutting off more than an inch off of the entire top while my back was turned away from the mirror so I couldnt stop her. Now Im another 2-4 months away from being able to do the style I wanted. What makes these people think that they shouldnt have to listen to what you are asking for for your own hair? Long story short, Cindy doesnt listen to what I specifically ask for and I wont ever be back. All not to mention that this place is not nearly as nice as their pictures makes it appear. Looks like a $7 chop shop rather than an $18 barbershop.

Worst experience at a barber! Took my son in for a father-son cut. Patrick Barbin was at the front desk and was obviously annoyed that we came in. He was aggressive with me during the cut and was downright abusive to my son. He kept jerking my sons head around and was huffing and acting horrible the whole time. The other barbers even noticed and asked if they could take over and he ignored them. Eric Brown (one of their barbers) told the others "dont worry about it". Patrick is obviously not qualified to be cutting kids hair and should have giving us to someone else. And to top if off, he gave us awful haircuts that my wife had to fix once we got home. My son was terrified and scared by Patricks behavior and I havent been able to take him for a haircut since. I heard/read so many good reviews of this place, but they have a bad seed working there who does not care about giving good service. Do not support this business!

I went online and scheduled an appointment for 09/13 @ 5:30. I showed up at 5:20 and I was told that Jodie would be right with me. I sat and waited. At 5:36 Jodie finished her haircut , the gentleman paid, and Jodi proceeded to clean up the chair. And then started sweeping the floor - the whole floor in the barbershop. at 5:40 I figured I wasnt important enough and obviously the customer should be kept waiting. The most disconcerting thing there was a male barber sitting in a chair doing nothing fro the time I walked in until I left. I guess I will find another barber shop in town where an appointment means something and they dont keep customers waiting..

This place is legit. I decided to try it out since the barber I usually use is over an hour away and I didnt feel like driving much today. I walked in and the guy (Patrick) pretty much knew exactly how to cut my hair. All I told him was "#3 on the sides" and he took it from there (he even thinned out my hair on the top which I always have to ask hairdressers to do at least twice). The place itself is really quiet and clean and they know what the hell they are doing. Im seriously considering dropping my usual barber and switching to this place. I usually pay $25 minimum for my hair, but here the basic mens cut is only $18 which is really nice.

This was by far the worst experince in my life. This is the first time Ive experienced racism in a public place. It was the worst customer service I ever experienced from the employee and the Owner did nothing to solve the problem. He just let his employee refuse to give me service and distrespect me, and I walked out the store with 3/4th of my hair done. She completly runined my hair! I had to go to the Roosters Mens Grooming Center down the street to fix it. They salavaged what was left of my edges. I wouldnt wish this kind of service on my worst enemy.

Finding a shop that I could depend on seemed almost impossible. After my last Barber called it quits, I didnt think Id ever be able to find a place to replace his work. Ive got to say, Eric has really given him a run for his money. The reviews do not lie, the guy is a genius with a pair of clippers. I walked in with pure hope, and walked out a believer. Im keeping my fingers crossed with this place because replacing the kind of work that Eric does, well lets just say I hope I never have too.

This place is very nice and has a great atmosphere. It was very easy to book an appointment through their website. I had a haircut by Eric. He is truly a master of his craft and on top of that, friendly and funny. I didnt even have to tell him how I wanted my haircut, he already knew. My hair looked exactly how I wanted it without having to say a word to him. It was fantastic. I will keep going back and highly recommend it.

Eric provides a great, haircut, and I will continue going to him as long as he is around. Ive got thick hair that used to get fluffy in Houstons humidity, but Eric does a great job of cutting it so that I dont have this problem. Consistent haircut, dependable, and a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it.

Horrible haircut and beard trim. I told Tonya I wanted the hair a bit longer than finger length and she gave me a military high and tight. Horrible haircut. My beard trim is very uneven. She did what she wanted not what I asked. Cost $31, for a worse than a chain haircut. Dont go here.
