Weve two little girls at Primrose Copperfield, Victoria who has been with them since Sept. 2013 and Vivienne who has been with them since Jan. 2015. The impact Primrose has had on our girls is immeasurable, in every aspect of life. Academically our 3 year old is leaps and bounds above her peers in regards to science, number and letter identification, history, civics and art. She continuously impresses us with her conversations and knowledge about the world around her. Socially, our girls have learned to interact with people from all walks of life. They are interactive and highly engaged. Vivienne is 8 months old, and shes grown and developed as a little girl at what we believe in an accelerated rate due to Primrose. Her sleep and eat schedule is solid, shes alert and engaged with those around her. Shes just a real happy baby. None of this would/could be possible were it not for the wonderful people at Primrose. They treat our girls with genuine love and affection, they are very engaged in their personal well being and what is going on in their lives. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, while being receptive to our desires and needs as a family. There may be cheaper places to place your kids in the Houston area, but none offer the intangible things Primrose has given our girls. This isnt a place with a room full of toys, while an adult watches your kids. This is truly a place of learning, development and of love. We love Primrose.

We have been Primrose parents for 6 years and have never experienced anything more than a minor or "normal" incident with either of our children. Our youngest had an accident that was more than "normal" on a Friday morning. The staff responded very quickly and without hesitation. The campus took complete ownership of the accident and by the time we met to discuss the details Tuesday evening, they had already completed their own internal investigation and had called the State Board to come and do their own investigation to make sure they had not missed anything. They compensated us appropriately relative to the situation upfront and again, without hesitation. The Director, Assistant Director, Administrative Officer, Operations Manager, Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher did everything right and most of all showed their genuine care and concern not only for our child, but for all the children on the campus, not to mention making the process as easy as possible for us so we could focus our attention on our child.

Primrose Copperfield is an awesome place for our children! Our twin girls were at home until 15 months. So naturally, my husband and I were concerned about their learning environment, as well as their ability to transition into the classroom setting. We visited a number of schools, but when we went to Primrose Copperfield, we knew we had found a gem. Ms. Katie answered every one of our questions, and discussed the ways in which she and her team would work with our girls to make certain their transition was smooth. Our girls have been there three months, and we can see how the learning environment has taught them more than we could ever imagine. Everyone at the school is warm and patient with the children. My girls love going to school, and love their teachers even more. I am more than pleased with the experience my girls are receiving at Primrose Copperfield and would highly recommend the school to anyone looking for a great place for their children to flourish!

We started our son at Primrose School of Copperfield this year. It was a hard transition for us because hes been home since birth, but everyone at Primrose made that transition a little easier. I knew from the time I toured the school that this was THE BEST place to leave our baby boy while we were at work. An added bonus to his amazing teachers is that they teach baby sign!!! We started teaching our boy sign when he was 6 months old and we were thrilled that Primrose encouraged that form of communication (until they become more verbal). You can call as many times as you want during the day to check on your little one and they will take the phone to your childs teacher (they dont mind at all). I cant say enough about the staff, teachers, cleanliness, organization, communication and positive learning environment that Primrose School of Copperfield offers. My son attended Primrose for about 2 months and we signed about 6 accident reports. He climbed up on the cabinets fell back and hit his head really bad. He was bitten 3 times, once in the stomach and twice on the face. The first time he was bitten on the face it was REALLY bad tore his skin, he still has a scar. He got a cut on his finger playing outside, which they never did explain what really happened. Another thing I never understood is my son came home with his clothes full of stains everyday. I think its fair to say the teachers at this location are doing everything but watching the kids! Horrible place and very expensive.

This had been such a great experience!!! My daughter has been at Primrose Copperfield since she was 12 weeks old. I was very concerned about leaving her especially since she was so small and my first.The teachers Sakina, Libby and Maria not only made it easier for me to leave my baby. They have taught her sooo much and have helped me along the way as a first time mom they have given me so many tips and suggestions that it makes everything manageable. My daughter is so happy and you can really tell they take pride in their work and taking care of each little one.

My son was enrolled here mid-February of this year. I was looking for a Pre-School and not a "daycare". There is good classroom structure here, a very regular schedule every day & detailed notes regarding their daily activities via an app they use. That is exactly what I was looking for and we are happy to have joined Primrose Copperfield.

My daughter has been coming since she was 2 1/2 months and now shes 2 years and 8months. She had a seizure at primrose when she was in sleep about a month ago. Extremely trained teacher was able to help her and also she helped her breathe because she couldnt breathe and turned blue while she was having a seizure. Thank you so much! ^^

We have our five month old enrolled at this location. The staff is always available to answer and questions or concerns we have. Very knowledgeable and always trying to go above and beyond to make sure we are at ease. Would definitely recommend Primrose.
