After reading these reviews & viewing this center I must say I was impressed. This was My 18 month old baby first time ever in day care. Im a teacher & my husband works for HPD so sadly I had to place him here only TWO days a week from 2:15-5:30. His first day I was told he did great but as a mother instincts kick in, you just know something isnt right. The following week I decided to pay the extra $20 to view him on camera. Omg it was by far the safest thing I ever had to witness. My poor baby was ignored, he wasnt changed that day because the same amount of diapers I packed was still the same amount he came home in, I did t recieve a daily sheet either!!! After speaking to the owner I was told I will recieve it next time & I basically shared my concerns! The following Wednesday, around 3:41pm his teacher decides to lay down. As she did this another child threw a huge toy at him and busted his lip! The teacher never put an ice pack on it & didnt put any type of first aid. I left school early & picked him up! I didnt recieve a daily report of course & they falsely stated he fell!!! I pulled him out immediately after only attending 3 weeks with only 2 days a week but his father kept him on one of the days. Please please do not let you child come here!!! They are under investigation due to what occurred to my poor Noah!

I have my 3 year old daughter at this academy and we absolutely love it. They keep parents informed on whats going on with the lessons and children. They are very respectful and follow certain request for children with special needs, medicine, etc. I get compliments all the time about how smart my daughter is, how shes becoming bi-lingual in english and spanish and how she has an awesome vocabulary. Weve been in and out of plenty of daycares, that its too many to count and none of them have compared to the professionalism, cleanliness, educational levels and standards of Silver Star Academy. A big thank you to Mrs. Viviana, Ms. Jasmine, Kaylees teachers and staff! I would recommend them to anyone, I already have a niece going there and a friends daughter! =)

I brought my daughter to Silver Star when she was about 18 months old. The staff is sooo friendly and the director, Ms. Viviana is so attentive and really cares about the kids. She is careful to follow the licensing guidelines and is always looking for ways to improve the centers. I feel very comfortable talking to her and know that any concerns I have will be addressed. The teaching tools and my daughter (now 3 years old) absolutely loves her teachers. I like the fact that she is learning Spanish at daycare. Plus, the tuition is as reasonable as I have seen anywhere else. To the staff at Silver Star Academy...Keep up the excellent work. We really appreciate it!

My three children have been attending this facility for over a year now. They are now 4, almost 3, and 18 months. My children have learned so much and they love their teachers. I have web cam access and I enjoy checking in on them throughout the day. I always find the teachers to be joyful and very kind to the children. Another plus, they are cloth diaper friendly and are very accommodating when I needed to nurse my toddler in his room and when I used to bring pumped milk for him.

I have two children enrolled at the academy and could not be more pleased. Our children learn more every day and we are always more impressed every day! My daughter started in the infant program and has now moved up to Toddler. My son is enjoying the Pre-K program. My daughter comes home with new SIgn Language that she keeps learning! We tell everyone we know about how great the school is. One of, if not the best daycares/preschools on the East side of town!

So expensive and my son hated it !! I never had a problem with the day care he was at before but this daycare he was always crying because he didnt want to be there and I seen in the camera an instructor grabbing a little girl aggressively and putting her in time out and guess what my son told me his teacher did the same he was 3 years old now 4 and he still remembers and every time we pass by he always says "Mommy remember those are mean teachers there"

My son has been going to Silver Star Academy since he was 5 months old, and now he is 13 months. The teachers are very interactive with the kids, and even at a young age they do arts and crafts with them. The kids have plenty of room to crawl and run around. I believe my sons favorite thing to mealtime. They have a very diverse and nutritional menu. The staff at Silver Star Academy are very freindly and trustworthy. I am very please for all that they do.

My daughter has attended Silver Star Academy for 3 years now, my daughter has learned so many new things! She just turned four and is already reading short sentences. Her teachers throughout the years have shown nothing but caring hearts, I cant wait for my son to start attending. :)

Our family is very pleased with the care that our child receives at this child care facility. It is very clean and the staff is oh, so kind. We have no complaints. We feel that our child is in a safe, clean and loving environment. God bless!!!

I have all 3 of my children enrolled at Silver Star Academy. My oldest is 6 years now and has been under the teaching and care of the wonderful teachers at Silverstar since he was 6 months. This place has been A+ for our family.

Great place for Pre-K!!! Awesome staff and teachers(Ms.Tanesha, Elena, Marlen, Carmen, & Gabbi) are really good with the kids.

My daughter has attended Silver Star for 1.5 yrs. It is excellent. She learns so much. I wouldnt have her anywhere else!
