I DO NOT recommend this certapro . We paid over 3,500 to paint our brand new home. The home was completely empty when certapro started its job at our home. Everything started out great. The last day i came out to do a walk through with his painter i waited over 4 hours they were not finished so i had to leave. When i came back during our move in i notice darker lines through out the whole home. When i told bret he blamed lighting so i went out and bought blinds for the whole home, we could still see the lines. He brought out PPG the paint company he uses .... the representative said the house had flashing from the paint being stretched out and watered down. At this time i also showed bret paint on my NEW carpet he tried pulling the paint off my carpet causing carpet to pull out. I let this go because I wanted the house repainted. He agreed to bring his best time out to repaint the home. A week later he brought out a man and woman a married couple. The man told me brett just hired him at craiglist. Anyways, the first day of the repaint went well. We already live in the home so we have furniture in the home. The painters cover most of the down stairs besides my couch and cabinets.... the next day he came with his wife again brett didnt came. They didnt cover anything. The man said he had to find more painters to help him and he would be back shortly. He left his non english speaking wife here anlone with only one paint brush nothing else. 4 hours went by of her waking around touching thing up NOT REPAINTING . I called brett to explain what was going on he called me a LAIR! 30 minutes later the man showed up i explained i felt uncomfortable i want them to leave . Once i walked the home to see everything the lady had down i see red bight paint all in the sink red paint on my tile/ grout stained. Where they washed out they got red paint on my the brick of my home In my neighbors grass and on the side walk. We had tan paint on my couch and cabinets. " Oh" before i realized all the damage i had to give the painters gas money to leave! At the end of the day i went to change to go out and guess what!? The wife stole most of my clothes ! So i ended up with lines on my walls, paint in my carpet, paint on my couch, paint on my brick , sink , tile/grout, cabinets and clothes stolen. Also his warranty is bs. I paid extra to have my daughters room painted with strips and they are peeling.... i cant even fix it myself because BRET took the paint ! Ive called and complained to corporate but bret told them he had a lawyer so they wont help or PPG. HIS SO CALLED LAWYERS ARE NOT TRUE THE NUMBER IVE CALLED ALSO EMAILED IVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Pay more and go somewhere else is my recommendation. Just to repaint my home is now over 7,000 this is not including damages.

Brett came out to our hose to have a look at what we needed done and give us a quote. I found the price fair and the work started just a few days later. Brett said it would take 4 days, but his guys got in done in THREE which was a plus. And they did a terrific job. I cant find a single flaw. Ronald, the foreman, was really attentive and made sure his crew did a spotless job. Also Ronald gave me some advise about some spots I was on the fence about (I am NOT good at interior design) and he was right. Really, really please with how the house looks now. Thanks Brett and Ronald (and team)!

I made an appointment for estimate with their call center. Brett called me after couple of hours and took 20 minutes of my time just for explaining what he CAN NOT DO. Are you kidding me???? I needed paint to be done in exterior. At the end he told me I need handyman nor a painter. He is the worse sales man I have ever met. He just rejected me without letting me explain the situation. Shame on this business.

Brett painted my whole house, inside my house, and did an amazing job. I will be referring and I will use him again. His crew was amazing and the quality of the paint is unmatched. I am amazed at the quality and the customer service that was provided. Even came back to touch up my door at no charge. Super Amazed!

Horrible job. Had to hire another painting contractor to fix. Lost big $$ from selecting the wrong group. Owner is arrogant and takes no responsibility for the work. Pick a local professional. Run away from CertaPro.
