A Casanova

UPDATE : Read full post. Earlier I had a terrible experience with this company but the owner Neil Palmer reached out to me and explained what was going on he also has began working with me to make the situation right. So far things are headed in the right direction Mr. Palmer has been helpful and been working hard to make sure Im taken care of. Once the work is done I will update with the quality of work and overall satisfaction. So the final thought on the company is lukewarm. I was dealing with Mr.Palmer and then for the final paperwork to do the roof I was dealing with the VP of the company who went back on what Mr Palmer said would be done. I decided to part ways with Linear Roofing because I could not trust they would do the work as promised. Directly after that Mr. Palmer got back with me again saying he would honor his original deal and assured me it was a misunderstanding. I had already decided it wasnt worth the hassle but thanked Mr Palmer. I can not comment to the quality of their work because I went with another company who did what they said the first time. Dealing with Mr Palmer was a good experience and I believe he would have held true to his word even if there wasnt going to be a big profit in it for them, but dealing with others in the company was frustrating. I bumped my review from 1 star to 3 because of the efforts of Mr Palmer. I did find it suspect that all other reviews came 3 weeks ago at about the same time since mine was the only one up for a while. Seems like they may be padding the reviews. If you want to use them hopefully you have better luck than I did and hopefully you deal with Mr Palmer. DO NOT USE LINEAR ROOFING. After the hail storm 3/26/17 Lance Turner Project manager for Linear roofing came to my house and gave his speech. I gave them my estimate and he was supposed to submit a supplement. Then I didnt hear from him for a few weeks. I called him back May 4th and he said he did submit it and was waiting on the insurance to get back with him. I waited until the May 17 to call him back and he would not answer. I then called my insurance company who said no contact had been made by Linear Roofing or their project Manger Turner. He very blatantly lied and wont return my calls. I called the main office and only got a voicemail.

We had damage to our roof and tried to get our insurance company to step in but we werent successful and I had really given up until the amazing team at Linear Roofing! They were professional and thorough explaining the entire process to me and showing me the various materials options. These guys are all about building relationships-- not just with homeowners but with suppliers, contractors and especially the insurance companies. The company adjuster met with the Linear Team and I not only got a gorgeous roof but I didnt have to deal with filling out any paperwork. They took care of it all for me!!

I had a fantastic experience with Linear! Ive heard horror stories about roofers in the area, but my Project Manager was super transparent and helpful all throughout the process! He showed up on the day insurance did their estimate and made sure they didnt miss any damage, he kept me in the loop as he dealt with my insurance company and when it came time to actually replace the roof, their construction teams were professional, friendly, and left no evidence of them being there! Definitely the best company to go with!
