I had the most wonderful experience today! I decided to treat my daughter to a mommy daughter lunch date, but when I showed up, it was in the thick of the lunch rush. 15-20 cars in the drive through, a long line inside. I almost left but decided to go anyway since I had told her we would. I was holding my 2 year old daughter (I am also 8 months pregnant) in the back of the long line, when an employee approached me and asked if I wanted to sit down and he will take my order from my table. It was such a relief! My daughter and I were able to sit in a booth while they came to our table, ordered, paid, and brought us our drinks and our food within five minutes! I was so impressed and so incredibly thankful for their service and kindness. The cashier on my receipt said Andrew. Thank you Andrew and Chick fil a for making this Mommas day easier!

Here is a detailed review: 1. Excellent! The service is awesome... IF they so happen to get something wrong (which hardly happens), they will fix it and make it up to you for your lost time. Youll always find friendly faces. 2. Drive thru is probably, by far, the fastest drive thru for ANY fast food place in Lubbock!! Ive been to other fast food places and they are SOOO slow! 3. Bathrooms are always clean and there is someone always cleaning the general eating areas. 4. The playground is, for the most part (kids will be kids), free of debris and clean. Overall, IMHO, this Chick-Fil-A restaurant has great service and I would recommend it any day! I cant remember a bad visit...

Went to the drive thru today and only received half of my order. My husband called and explained what happened. When he went back to get the rest he went thru the drive thru again. They informed him he needed to finish getting thru the drive thru line and come in if he wanted his food. He went in and a manager gave him a bag and walked away. No apology at all. Normally I love chick-fil -a, but I hate how he was treated. Why couldnt they give him his food at the window? Probably wont be returning.

If you were to set a standard for what fast food should be, Chick-fil-A woukd be the highest possible standard. When the line is around the building there are mobile order takers who can also take your payment, there are other people bringing orders from the window to which ever cars order is ready. The line never stops moving and the food is always fresh. The service is even better than the wait time. They are always extra courteous and helpful. Great food! Amazing staff!

The busiest Chick-fil-A Ive ever seen. Hardly a parking space and the drive through was wrapped around the building. However, it was very organized. There was a crew of five OUTSIDE just for the drive through. Double lines taking orders and payment. You only need to stop at the window to pick up your food. Very impressive! Oh - Its across the street from the football stadium. I cant imagine how busy it must be on game day.

5 starts no complaints for the University location close to 82nd st... now location by marsha sharp.. ill give it a 3 star.. very slow.. very very slow... manager at 82nd was awesome! Very friendly guy. it is really far for me to go but if im craving chic fil a ill drive past the close one to me and go back to this location!

I have to say out of all the Chick Fil As Ive been to, this is the best one! The customer service is phenomenal and the staff is always super friendly and always willing to be of assistance! The food is always freshly made and always tastes delicious! I have never been disappointed every time I go to this Chick Fil A!

This is consistently the worst Chick-fil-A location. The past 8 times Ive come here, they have messed up my order by forgetting to give me all my food. It causes me to have to wait like 30 minutes for my food. Im going to start going to the other locations in town even though they are farther away.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I JUST WAITED 20 + MINUTES FOR ONE MEAL, WHILE SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT WERE BEHIND ME GOT THEIR BIG ORDERS! FINALLY HAD TO ASK WHERE MY FOOD WAS, SHE QUICKY GRABBED MY FOOD AND TOLD ME THEY WERE WAITING ON MINIS! AGAIN SEVERAL PEOPLE BEHIND ME GOT THEIR MINIS AND HAD LEFT!!

Delicious Food, awesome service. This location is moderately busy, just like any other location. They do a great job of getting food out whether you dine in or go via the drive thru. They also have a playground which makes it an excellent place to bring the kids to burn off some energy.

Its Chick-fil-A in a busy location so its usually crowded, but they make extra effort to cut down the wait time of customers, clean up tables more frequently, and bring food to customers as soon as they can. I am really impressed by their service and of course the food always.

I think this is probably the best Chick-fil-A in Lubbock. The staff is never overrun by being too busy, and there is always a manager on the floor taking care of patrons. Its out of the way for us, but this staff does a phenomenal job taking care of their customers.

Breakfast is awesome and fast and I forgot my debit card one day while ordering and my Samsung pay decided to update while i was about to pay and I got embarrassed and the cashier that was taking my order comped my order which was very nice and cool

Friendly staff and good fast food. I use the new app to order my meals. Its so easy and fast. And I dont have to wait in a long line. I can order from home and pick it up curbside, or go in find a seat and order from my chair. Love it.

Overall usually a positive experience at a Chick-fil-A. However, very poor design of parking lot and drive thru. traffic was a mess getting in and out of parking lot. Food was as expected from National chain.
