We had very disappointing experience with Rothschild painters and their crew, Esteban. They communicated well until they got our business. We hired them for interior painting. They didn’t show up on the scheduled day and showed up the following day and tried to finish 2 days of work in one day. After few weeks we started noticing lots of missed chunks of spots, we could see the wall paper which they were supposed to prime and paint over and also noticed that they didn’t even remove the switch plates to paint. The nightmare started when we called them to have it fixed. They would promise to show up and fix but never did. It has been a month and we got tired of dealing with this dishonest business. It is a shame to have this business in Missouri City. They represented themselves as BBB accredited and we learned BBB revoked the businesss accreditation in August 2013. Wish customers have more protection against businesses like these. We wish someone had warned us about them.

It took them three weeks to start the work after I had given them half the money. Once they started my work was not priority so they came once or twice a week for about 1 to 2 hours a day. After starting the work, they changed the estimate/bid to get more money because they knew it was a insurance claim. One of the workers felt so bad for me and informed of how untrustworthy the company really was, and now he no longer works for them. This is the worst experience i have ever had, I will not ever recommend this company to anyone. To be honest I think the entire crew of workers are on drugs, including the owner

Called to set appointment, Hal came out promptly the next day October 25. Promised me a proposal would be sent to me the next day. Although I have called and emailed repeatedly I have yet to receive the proposal promised to me at least 5 times after talking to Heather. I have a big job and promised a friend who used them to try and give the work to them. So far all talk and no action.

Rothschild Painters & Associates did an amazing job repainting my house and for affordable price no other painting company offered. Very recommended business.
