Had my hair colored here. Lightened to be exact and they both were real nice and it was a good atmosphere. However the color she got me too was not at all what I was expecting and my hair was definitely over processed there. I dont think the toner worked well either. I was told by two other salons that it looked like the bleach was left on too long. My hair actually fell out some after this and still breaks off very easily. I am not one for confrontation or making others feel bad so I just paid and left unhappy. I am being told that even after a few weeks of deep treatments I will still need to cut off a good amount if I want it to look soft and be healthier again. I am so upset and dont know if this was a one time fluke for this place out if it is a matter of not enough experience with bleach or the products they use. My husband had got his hair cut here and it looked great so that is why I went in the first place. So we are on the fence now about this place.
