My 4yr old has come home bruised and hurt 3times in the 5 months he has been here. I never get informed about the injury. I pulled him out because this last injury was a major sprain, he was in so much pain. They had to do a series of xrays to be sure there wasnt any fracture. And no one in the administrative staff deemed it fit to call on us to know if my son was okay, even after missing school for 2 days. And even after the weekend, making 5days. He was on the 5days a week programme . This is a sign of a horrible administrative team , especially one Mrs Lawrence and whoever is the administrator; whom I specifically called and asked to speak with a day after this incident. I was ignored and they made me and my son feel like we didnt matter. A few parents also have complaints of reckless negligence and abandonment of administrative responsibilities. If you speak to management or staff about any concerns, you begin to receive cold treatments and you get victimised. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is Amys last school year with Stepping Stones. She is joining Timber Creek Elementary the new school year. We are very sad that we have to say goodbye. We are delighted to have seen Amy grow and bloom since joining you guys. Your help has been amazing. We will very much miss the schools kind and hospitable environment and the friendly faces. Mr. D., Mrs. Juneau and many others will be sure missed. Also at the moment, we are not to join the Summer camp either. We have different family plans this summer. We might join in the swimming lessons tough, if theres a possibility of joining in two or three times a week morning or afternoon. And that it be a private class. Thank you once again and if anything else is needed from our part, please let us know. Again thank you so much.

The staff at Stepping Stones Childcare really enjoys their job. I think even when things are busy or crazy in the classroom with children pulling from them in all directions they work to make the parents and children feel welcome and important. My son still cries sometimes when I drop him off and every time there is a staff member there working to make him feel better even if their hands are full.

Thanks to all the staffs, Ms. Harris, Ms. Sherrod, and Ms. Stewart. We enrolled our daughter to Stepping Stones because it felt like home. We loved the summer activities available to Julia. She was so excited to go each time, especially for CiCi’s Pizza. I’m not sure what’s going on with the Fun Pack Programs. Thanks for the snacks!!

Their bus has been identified as speeding through our neighborhood and they have refused to re-route the bus! The bus has been stopped by a the deputy because he rolled through a stop sign but gave a verbal warning. The bus driver has been seen being verbal aggressive with CISD Police and other parents.

We have been attending Stepping Stones for over 6 years and I highly recommend them. The staff is very involved in developing childrens behavior and education, as well as a very nurturing approach. I recommend Stepping Stones anytime my friends ask about daycares.

Great Care. I enjoy the interaction of Ms. Darcy and Ms. Henry with children. Love book game and field trips. Loves Noahs Ark but didnt get enough of it.
