I ADORE Adalante and am thrilled I went with Lisa to make the cakes for my wedding. She was helpful and honest in helping me plan my wedding, offering suggestions about other vendors in the Tyler area, including even feedback on other caterers when I didnt have the budget for her to do the meal too! Asking her to do my wedding cake and six cheesecakes for the grooms table was the best catering decision I made about the big day. Everyone raved about the flavors and appearance of them all and multiple people have asked who did them. She is prompt with her responses too - a big plus!

I called Lisa in a last-minute panic to do my sisters wedding cake. She was so helpful and kind and pulled off a special cake (spice cake with cream cheese filling) for us!! It was delicious and beautiful and I would recommend her 100%!!!!
