Staker Parson was pouring concrete on my job and the truck driver damaged the vinyl fence. The driver said that I signed a wavier releasing him from liability. The wavier clearly states that any concrete that is damaged while the driver enters the property is the liability of the undersigned. I called the office and they said they would have someone call me back. No response. I called again and they sent me to the voicemail of the lady who handles all of the many claims against Staker Parson that there are. She asked me to send her some documents. She forwarded them over to the insurance company who called me a month later to ask me details and request the same pictures I had sent to Staker Parson. The insurance company also asked me why Staker Parson was pouring concrete at my job; I had to explain that they supply concrete to concrete contractors. I told them that we had to fix the post before the concrete set and so I did it on the spot and that the repair would have been billed at $250 and that is what I was asking for damages. She mailed a denial two months later. I emailed her back telling her that she was wrong and why and she emailed me back stating that the wavier I signed released Staker Parson from all damage that could be done to the property. She also said that because it was a private residence I was working on that I could not claim damages, that the homeowner was the one who should be filing the claim. The home owner didnt sign the wavier, so does that mean that he can sue for damages because he didnt agree to the terms of the wavier? Who is the wavier protecting Staker Parson from if the contractor cant make a claim anyway? These guys are liars and if they damage something then they are going to leave you high and dry.

I might have never done business with this company nor will I ever. There truck driver negligently did not close the bed to his dump truck. While driving on the free way, the truck bed opened and poured all the dirt and rocks in the bed on my MERCEDES BENZ causing 10 thousand dollars plus damage to my car. They denied the claim because the trunk bed was empty when the driver pulled over to check what was inside. OF COURSE IT WAS EMPTY. "EMPTIED OUT ON MY MERCEDES" I WILL SEE YOU GUYS IN COURT!!!!!

Encountered a Staker Parson employee who is not the brightest bulb or sharpest tool in the shed as he chose to verbally assault another driver (me) from the company truck after he (the employee) drives recklessly through a construction zone. He was too impulsive to notice the out-of-state license plates and acknowledge a simple, non-threatening question with a civil response. Not sure if he is properly representing the company brand. Definitely needs an anger management adjustment.
