Overall as a temp agency and being contacted and finding me jobs they are a great agency. How ever Ive not been able to really find THE job that is for me so ill give 3 stars Ive worked on 3-4 different assignments with them the first job i loved but it was seasonal... the other jobs ended up being full time jobs how ever they were pretty much dead end jobs with no advancement or pay increases one I got hired on but you dont get a raise upon hire on so being a temp is pretty much same as being an employee there. I am currently looking for work. However Im still debating if I want to go through Y.E.S. I need to find a long term job that I enjoy that has opportunities to use my smarts, skills, and advance to higher paying jobs in the companies. It is impossible to live on $10 / hour or even $13. Tomake a somewhat even remotely comfortable living you need to be making at least $16 / hour with all this inflation & its only getting worse. PS. I have worked with Y.E.S, Remedy staffing, SoS staffing, Kelley Services, Intermountain Staffing, Westaff, & I know there are others I am forgetting, over the past like 10 years. The ONLY one thats been around with the same name for the whole time is Y.E.S all the others have changed their names & logo as a gimmick to attract more business cause they are lack luster crappy agencies. Y.E.S. is the only agency that has not done this. Remedy staffing for example... during your application process some of the paperwork STILL SAYS SOS Staffing ON IT they are the same company with changed name and logo, even the same people work there and office never changed & thats just one of them. Temp agencies are shady, as far from ive seen Y.E.S. is the only one thats not they been around since 1994 or something like that. Would like to add I was not paid to type this by the company Your Employment Solutions or any other company, nor have they contacted me at all about reviews or doing them. This is my personal Review. I came across Your Employment Solutions, from Ldsjobs. Org. So happy that After applying for 2 positions Cassandra recruiter contacted me after 48 hours. I tested, interviewed and have been in contact 4 times. She is professional and has empathy. The web site has all the great jobs that match my skill set. Really my focus and trust is here. Finally found a great recruiter that understands, cares, and nice! Thank God.

Let me start by saying that Ive been to many temp agencies. And until I found Y.E.S I had trouble finding a job that I enjoy and looked forward to going to everyday,and the people there are amazing their quick in placing you,and that makes job hunting less stressful! Id recommend yes to everyone

Cassandra lost my resume. I know because I had already given it to her and she asked for it again and couldnt find it. Then she told me I wasnt qualified to do a telemarketing/customer service job when I have a four year college degree. She obviously never read my resume.

The workers here are very professional I was treated with respect the minute I walked in the door. They found the job I wanted. I like that they didnt push a job on me that I didnt want. I would recommend everyone give this place a try.

The places they make you work are really mean and treat the temporary workers like numbers. They dont train well at all. in fact they dont say anything on why they fire you, they just say there too high on staff or some other excuse.
