While I enjoy the food and the options Ive come to find that the customer service can be abhorrent. For example, last week I picked up my order, got back to the office and found that my side was missing. I emailed right away, but heard nothing back. So today when I visited I explained my concern about what had happened youd expect an apology. Youd hope for an apology and perhaps a replacement or 10% off next order type of thing that says they value the customer. Apple Spice staff prefer to blame the customer. "You need to check through your order before you leave." Obviously I will in the future, but this level of apathy about a $9.00 order makes me feel less likely to trust them with my future $100+ orders.

I work at superior water & air in west valley city, UT and we made our first BIG order today as a company and i got nothing but good response from all of the workers who ordered. The price was very reasonable especially for the amount of food we all received. The food was very well proportioned and best of all it was so DELICIOUS! They all came in cute little lunch boxes which made it better. We will all be ordering again. The gal who took the phone order was so patient. The delivery guy was so kind & we even got a phone call afterwards from Lucy or Lizzie asking about our order. Very great customer service!!

I come here for lunch pretty often, and the frequency that there is something wrong with my order (always to go) is unacceptable. Over the last year, Ive come here for lunch on average about twice a week, and have experienced missing parts from my order way too many times. The side I order, the pickle, the cookie, or the bacon on my turkey bacon sandwich. The last straw was today when they put the wrong sauce on my jalapeno cranberry turkey wrap. Its literally in the name of the order, and they messed it up. Overall the quality of the food is decent to good, but I wont be coming here any more.

I had the combination with 1/2 Egg Salad Sandwich and 1/2 Pear and Gorgonzola salad. Portion sizes of each where generous considering they were only 1/2 sizes of each. I Loved my egg salad sandwich and my friend was pleased they offered Gluten free menu/options.

Great out of the way deli to grab a bite for lunch. Portions are large and they add extra details that sets them apart from the competition. Their fresh baked bread is amazing. Their people are nice and down to earth friendly.
