This is my throwaway Google ID but in short I am a college freshman with a nasty procrastination habit. I had just pulled an allnighter and needed a 36*48 print, so I was looking for all of the print companies in the area. I asked if they could have it done in 3 hours, and they said for sure, but I was dissatisfied with the price. I chose to go with Staples, which, from the start, was loaded with technical difficulties. Staples told me that they did not take vector graphics, and asked me to send a raster file. I could not create a PNG large enough to create any measure of quality, so I told Staples that I was thankful for their help but could not have them do this job. An hour and a half until the deadline, and I called REPRO again and they said, "Please send it as soon as possible, and we can have it in an hour and a half." There was an error in my vector file, so they sent me what they saw just to double check if that was what I wanted before printing it. +1. They also put up with my email bouncing their confirmation message multiple times and then more or less ignoring the message for the better part of 35 minutes. They continued to be pleasant and helpful throughout the entire deal, and got right to work after I resumed communication. +1 Due to my delay, printing was finished 15 minutes past deadline, which I was okay with. When I went to pay, the man at the desk also told me that because of the contents of my image, they could use a less expensive paper. I ended up paying half of what I expected for fantastic quality and spent less time and money than I would have for a fairly poor print at a store like Staples! +1 All I have to say about this company is that they work efficiently, know what they are doing and do it well, and are patient enough to put up with a sleep deprived college student! They do their best to cost you the least and do not waste your time! 11/10 would recommend and use again in need of a good quality poster
