Was a regular customer for several months. The hair cuts I received were good, and their price is average. I had no particular barber anytime, and all seemed nice. However, I stopped going as a result of them closing 15 minutes early when I tried to get a hair cut one Saturday late. I pulled up with with 15 minutes to spare before their posted closing time and they were leaving and locking the door - lights out. I understand locking the door, and Id been inside when they lock the door in order to control the random late customer (like I was this particular day) coming in and messing up their departure time, but to be leaving 15 minutes before posted closing - poor business practice. To boot, the barber (not the owner, but the other guy) was the one locking the front door as I walked up. He told me they were closed, and I said they still had 15 minutes. He repeated again, "we are closed" and I said, "yeah, but why 15 minutes early?" and he repeated for a 3rd time, "we are closed" and then I asked him why and he walked away. What a d-bag. This barbershop lost me as a customer that day. I understand them locking up, but customer service is still important. All he had to do was be courteous to me when I approached, instead of blowing me off.

Bernice is the barber I always go to because she understands what I ask for, unlike most haircutters who pretend to listen and then switch on their autopilot scissor hands. Not Bernice. She executes my directions with neurosurgeon precision every time.

The barber started cutting my hair without asking what i wanted done. Then didnt do what I wanted. Felt rushed so he didnt lose customers waiting. Had to ask 3 times to fix things. Haircut turned out ok after fixing the issues so 3 stars

Be prepared to spend one or two hours here. Facial hair trims/cuts are cheap and the last three times here Ive waited excessively for people getting shaves and beard trims. All I want is a hair cut in a reasonable amount of time.
