Was having technical issues with my computer at home, and needed to scan some docs fast. Called this location to inquire about the cost of using a computer, and was given a rate. I went into this location, and there were multiple people waiting to be helped. There was one clerk trying to help people (#1), and another over in the printing area working on something (#2). Clerk #1 called #2 and asked for help multiple times, but #2 just kept looking over, but ignoring him. After 3 out 4 callours, #2 finally came over in a huff and asked what he could do. I told him what I needed, and he hastily walked me over to a computer station and left me there to basically figure out what to do, which I did. But the rate that I was charged was more than I had been given on the phone. I did my business and walked out. Were not talking a lot of money here... Its just the lack of decent customer serving and inconsistency where there pricing is concerned that I dont appreciate.

This is not my habit to put any negative review about anything.if i dont like it;then i dont like it...its my personal.But today this person Jim made me change this custom of many years.... The only thing i would like to say to this person Jim is "IF YOU CANT SPEAK GOOD THINGS TO CUSTOMER THEN KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT" .People like us come from a very nice and educated families,where we learn to respect elders;NO MATTER WHAT!! So did we do today.We remained silent even after listening your disrespectful,unreasonable and Inappropriate comments upon asking for help. PS:I would like to request the FedEx Management to arrange some "anger management training" for JIM.

Chris the Assistant Manager offered amazing customer service to me on Monday, Dec. 26th. Having had a bad experience at USPS, I decided to use FedEx to ship a 27" Apple Thunderbolt Display. Its big and heavy. Boxing was a bit of challenge as the dimensions are not typical. Chris was diligent in his attempt to help save me $, but get the fragile item shipped safely. I cant thank him enough for his problem solving skills he displayed that day! I would highly recommend Chris and his staff for your shipping needs!

Went there today, to pick up a fax. I, give thus place only one star because , first customer service wasnt that great. I, paid ,$3.08 for 2 pages, then thought I better have the make a extra copy for me. The two pages was 29 cents , just 2 black and white pages, I, only had 28 cents, but the woman , wanted the whole 39, do I had to break a dollar just for the penny.nect time Ill go to Staples.

Not very kind to customers of color. The skinny blonde is especially rude to costumers of color. I observed her excellent service to Caucasian customers. She was loud, short, disrespectful to customers of color. She did not even welcome customers of color into the store as she did with the Caucasians. She should be fired because she gives FedEx a bad name.
