To be fair Ive never had any problems here before, but my most recent experience is pretty unforgivable. Bought an HP printer at advertised price. Upon opening the box it became clear that it was an open box return. Phone cord for fax function was missing. Ink cartridges were installed and nearly empty - the black ran out upon printing the first page. Two of the three color cartridges were toast by page three. Pure deception, no marking or discount indicating a return. Plus I was in the store for a solid 20 minutes on Easter Sunday - the employees outnumbered customers - and nobody said boo to me until I approached the register. Not a greeting, not an offer of help, not a word from the guy that walked by 3 feet from me while I was trying to decide which printer I wanted.

Worst Office Depot. Asked to print a signature stamp that would take 5 minutes. And they said it would take an hour even though only there were two other customers in the print shop. If you need something done fast and quick go to the chantilly Office Depot.

Kind staff and a wide selection of supplies. If you are need suplies I would recommend visiting. The one major downside is the prices, some of them are quite a bit higher that what I would expect.
