Horrible customer service. Acted like us coming in and them having to get out of their chair was the worst thing ever. Literally huffing and puffing with every action. Once my sons 2.5 minute hair cut was complete, kept short because an appointment had just arrived, it was pointed out that the back of his head was very uneven. She the explained to me that my sons head was mis-shaped and there was nothing she could do. Didnt even offer to try and fix it. Hes 12 so hes had plenty of "even" haircuts. The 2.5 minute rush cut was $17. Also, they dont have the ability to give you a receipt, according to that employee. Ive never left a review on anything before, but this experience was enough to make me sign up for a google account just so I could leave one at this place. So now we are off to another place to get it fixed with my son in tears because he now thinks his head is mis-shaped.

Stopped in needing a quick haircut yesterday. Kristy paid a lot of attention to detail and keeps notes for each customer so that they dont have to repeat their instructions for haircuts each time they come in. The babershop was very nicely setup and clean. They also do neck and sideburn cleanups for $5 dollars in between haircuts, which is a great service. Id definitely recommend Rock-N-Barbers to anyone in the area.
