I went to Supercuts today for me and my son to get a trim. I arrive and 3 young ladies were working. The one girl put our names in the computer and asked the other two girls where they going because there were two hair cuts that needed to be done. So the first girl took my son to start cutting his hair. She didnt seem confident with doing his hair cut which made me feel uncomfortable. Needless to say I was not pleased with my sons haircut. She then told one of the other females she was supposed to do my hair. This young lady looked stoned out her mind and to top it off she said she forgot her scissors and everything at home and then just giggled! Your one job is to cut hair and you forgot all your aupplies at home? I then chose NOT to get my hair cut but also had no choice since she didnt have her supplies. I will NOT be returning here. Maybe try hiring actual professionals with some real experience..
