Holly Barbershop is a gem.. a diamond in the rough.. its quite obvious that the women who work there, are very experienced and well trained. They are masters at all cuts.. from marine skin fades to trendy hipster cuts, to the business man special! Its also a very cool place to hang out. Youll hear stories from the senior citizens, servicemen who have dodged bombs, to little boys proudly talking about their tee ball games.. In other words... Go see them and you can thank me later!!

Darlene is an amazing person with a beautiful soul. I was just visiting from Los Angeles for a Judo tournament and i needed a cut badly, too long hair. i called her as she was closing and was able to accommodate me last minute. Old School family style comfort, with a modern cut. My friends in LA are still asking me where i got my hair cut. Too Bad, i have to wait until im back in Virginia Beach..

I went in with very vague guidelines for my hair because I didnt know exactly what I wanted, but Marie worked with it and made my unclear vision a reality. She is a super nice lady who has been cutting hair for 20+ years and it shows. She takes her time: frequently measuring hair strands and making very short precise cuts for small hairs. I would highly recommend this shop for men or women.

Sun is the best! I got tired of the prices at other places where the customer is paying the rent. I also am tired of the chop shop barbers. I was looking for a barber who knows their job and can simply cut hair very well. Save the beer and other amenities for home, go here to Hollys for a hair cut that wont leave you looking elsewhere. This is my barber now.

The best barber shop in Virginia beach I just moved here .. Been to a few shops .. I get a fade .. And no one knows how to do one ... Not these ladys ... Best fade ever!!! ... They treated me like a long lost brother .. Very fun place ... I truly cant wait for my hair to grow. ... Everyone this is truely a great spot... A must go!!!

Donna Marie and Lori were two of the most attentive and talented barbers/hair stylists weve ever encountered. Equally adept at mens and womens cuts, and for a great price. Good music in the shop, too! Highly recommended!
