If youre not used to using pay-laundry service because your washer/dryer broke down then mentally prepare yourself to spend around $5/full cycle. That price isnt here but everywhere in Virginia Beach. [Assumes you buy a laundry card and soap] After shopping around other laundry establishments I came to the conclusion this one is the best in the area. There is a one time charge for a laundry card and credit cards are accepted. Soap is available for purchase, there are tvs, the machines are newish as of June 2016, the dryers work in 10 min increments, and there is a Dunkin Donuts 1 minute away. So bring your soap, buy a card and hold onto it the next time your machine at home breaks down.

Has no extractor and clothes come out still sopping wet. Put clothes in the dryer for four cycles and still damp. The lady working there tonight was incredibly rude, trying to sweep under the table I was still sitting at with my kid, while we were eating. She insisted I get up so she could sweep up one piece of pepperoni under the table. It just couldnt wait. As I was folding my towels and getting ready to leave, she yells at me from across the room and asks if I can come get my kids, because they were playing with a small ball. Will never come here again. Nasty place with nasty customer service.
