Before shopping at Office Depot, I use to shop a lot at staples, I love staples people are always so friendly and they never ever talk down to me. The only reason I end up shopping at Office Depot is because there is no staples near to where I transfer for work. Came in tonight and a gal name Sara, supposed to be the manager of the store is the most rudest, racist person I have ever met. I think she was talking down to me because Im Asian and maybe she thinks that Im not capable of understanding what she was saying. All I was asking is why does your desk calendar on clearance are more expensive compare to the one that more up to date, instead of answering my question she aske what did you want me to do about it? Really!? Is this a professional customer service manager that you put on your floor? In addition to that I asked why they didnt take out the one label that you have the signs out for buy two get one free on my receipt, she said oh because its not shipping label which I understood, so then I asked, so if I get one more shipping labels then it will be free, she answer me with well yes but you have to bring it here and you cant just walk out of the door because the alarm will ring its going to look like your stealing it. ARE YOU SERIOUS! With that comment? What the hell does she think of me!? An idiot!? All I can say is I will never ever shop at Office Depot again! If you dont want my business I can travel to staples just fine even if its far so that I dont have to deal with this type of unprofessional people again!

Terrible experience, after being on hold for 15 mins and being put on hold 3 times to be transfered I hung up and went into the store. Thats when I figured out why no one was able to help me over the phone... they are understaffed. After walking around the store for 10mins I could not find what I was looking for, after asking for help I was directed to an isle and told it was down there some where. STILL COULDNT FIND IT. I picked up something close to what I was looking for and went to the cashier to ask if they had it in stock, and after waiting another 10 mins to be checked out I was at my limit and left the store with no purchase at all. Needless to say, I will never go back to that store. Terrible customer service.

they are racist here. They racial profile me thinking that my wife and I was going to steal something. Funny thing was the whole time the white lady in the store was doing the stealing! As soon as we walk out she came out behind us and you hear beep beep beep! If they would of had just 1 of the 3 people "helping" us help her, maybe that could have been prevented.

I was literally going to purchase a 400$ computer chair, I was helped, but as I was going to the front to get help, there were 4 employees sitting and chatting doing nothing, and no one said anything as I was approaching so I just left. Ill buy it somewhere where the customers come first before the employees conversation. I will not feel like im the burden.

Printing Services are terrible at this location - twice Ive had timecards printed at this location and both times they were done poorly. Management needs to give these associates projects to test their skills because as far as Im concerned, there isnt one qualified person working in this deparment.

Staff has very little knowledge of the store inventory. Business suffering with outdated Point Of Sale system. This is the LAST place youd want to send your print jobs, faxes, or packages through. Service is so slow!
