As a business owner myself I know how important it is to provide good quality services including customer service and quality products that you offer however today April 23rd 2017 while dining at this establishment I thought I was enjoying my barbecue pulled pork sandwich when suddenly I discovered that there was plastic in my sandwich I calmly asked the staff to take notice to my discovery and then promptly ask for my refund as at this point my appetite was gone I was told immediately back by the staff member that I was not going to receive a refund and that its not like it was a piece of hair or something else once I voiced my opinion that it was not right that I did not receive my refund I explained to the staff member that I would reverse the charges on my debit card after some loud discussion with this staff member and then leaving the area with the sound of a door slamming I looked to my left and noticed some of their guests one person in particular was videotaping me with their cell phone or taking pictures I asked this person nicely if they were taking pictures of me or videos and if they were to please not do that then I felt I was under attack by the mother of the person who was filming me to wrap it up in a nutshell without further disgrace to the way this particular location treated me I got my refund and as a customer I will simply say I will not return I will share my story with people I know who are going there and I will wait to see if I have eaten any plastic and Hope and pray to God if I did indeed eat it that it will pass with ease and without the help of medical experts

We used google to find a place to go for dinner because we were from out of town.We were in the mood for meat. I ordered the prime rib and it was absolutely amazing; I did not need a steak knife as I was able to cut it with a dinner knife. The cornbread was fantastic, light, fluffy and so very fresh. The bean were very tasty; they had a bit of spice to them but not so much that they were spicey. My husband and some both ordered the BBQ pork ribs. My son told me they were almost as good as grandmas ribs - which means they were great!! (My mother-in-law make the best darn ribs in the world) and for these to be almost as good as them means they are really good. My husband agreed that the ribs were great and the next time we are passing through or anywhere near Warthogs we will definately be going back there. My daughter ordered their chicken nuggets kids meal with fries and she enjoyed it. The staff were extremely fun and friendly and they offered great service. Our food arrived very quickly and our portions were a good size. The atomstphere was great. We had no problem getting a table and we arrived right during the dinner hour but the place was quite busy.

Food was awesome, service could be improved. Was surprised to pull up and find employees yelling in the parking lot. Also the lady taking my order didnt comprehend things very well. Asked if I could get a sandwich but make it a meal, with the corn bread and beans. She said I could and it would have to be brisket sandwich. I said fine. When she brought my meal out, it wasnt the meal I ordered. I had the sandwich. But no corn bread or beans. Just a side of fries. I asked for corn bread and she said I had to go up front and reorder. I could tell she was easily confused so I didnt go up. Later however I went to order a meal to go for my husband. Went up, ordered with a different gal that had greeted us when we first arrived and had brought us water. Placed my order and went back to my seat to finish my food. No one brought me back my to go order. Finally had to go get it and the lady said she couldnt find me.... But my food was awesome and tasted great. Wish I could have got the meal though.

I am from Texas, and know smoked BBQ. They try to hide the dried up leathery meat they call smoked brisket by smothering it in sauce. Good beef does not need sauce. The meat was dry and briney, had no smoke ring, which tells me it is chemically smoked. Not good. The beans were slimey and had a horrible after taste. This was the worst "smoked" brisket I have ever had. I have never had to have any beef that was properly cooked to be smothered in anything!! When I asked the manager why if it was smoked brisket it did not have the "ring", he could not give me a legitimate response. He said,"Well I guess if you dont like it, you wont be back!" and slammed his hand down on our table. Very rude. Anyone that knows their smoked foods will know this is not real BBQ. He was right. I do not give my business to companies that misrepresent their foods and use chemicals to cook them.

I would have to say that this place is 2 bucks too expensive. Its very good though. The pork sandwich was great and the fries were cooked just a tad under done, should have asked to make them crispy, but still good. Bbq sauce, excellent! Tatar sauce for my fries, thank you so much. Now the countergirl, she was funny. She knew her job, but kept getting tongue-tied on explaining where each menu was and what was included. No worries ;). This place would have five stars if it was just a little cheaper. If you could make it under 20 bucks for two people to eat, that would make it a plus to come here. Food great, service great, sauce excellent. Thank you for being open.

Ive been here a few times and come back because the food, service and restaurant are good and clean. Today (4-23-17) we came in to eat after a three hour meeting, the person I was with, was taking his third bite into his pulled pork sandwich and ended up biting into plastic. After telling I think it was Pamela want I found and asked for refund, she said no, it wasnt like it was a hair or something. So after she raised her voice, slamming doors, refused to refund me, she made a call. She came back saying that shes going to refund us back, and shes was sorry for not being professional about it. I wont be going back, not professional, cook doesnt care.

We went here hoping for some good bbq food and it wasnt good at all. First the website said Tuesdays special is beef ribs, but when my husband went to order them he was told they dont have them anymore. The food came out way too fast for bbq. It was clearly reheated food. The potato salad tasted like Resers store bought. The cornbread was extremely dry. My chicken was dry and the kids nuggets tasted like frozen nuggets that you buy at a store. This was a waste of $40. We didnt finish our meals. We went to McDonalds afterwards to get something edible. We will never come back here.
