Great place to work if you are a motivated individual. If you show interest, and care about advancement, the company will open those doors for you to walk through. I have worked for a few Painting contractors over 15 years, and will say Long Painting is leaps and bounds better then any of them. The management has always been understanding and flexible about home life events, and that is important to me. Like any business, they do need to make money, so production will always be important. I have always gave and received a lot working here.

If your willing to put in the hard work they will invest in to you and allow you to climb up the company ladder no matter who you are or what you have done in life. Never judging a person by there personal life or past. Only judging by your work ethic and attitude.

Bad company. They treat their painters as if they were slaves.. If you dont agree with their politics they will laid you off. Dont let you get brakes and they put you to work 10 hours Mandatory. I was gonna give them a half Star but luckily it wont let me
