Poor haircut service. Dont be fooled by the haircut price, If you are trying to save money, you are better off going to Great Clips for the price you pay. You will end up getting another haircut due to the terrible job. They dont even care if your haircut is evenly cut or decent, seriously. This shop should just focus on selling products & not do haircuts, its a rip off, you might as well cut your own hair for the same result. And when I complained, I did not even get a call back after I asked them to call back after an hour as I was at work when the customer service called to respond to my bad rating. Sorry but I have to be honest to warn other customers.

My hair dresser was rushed and did a terrible job all the way through. She used cold water to wash my hair and did not listen to what I wanted. I asked her to fix a few parts but she cut so sloppy that i did not want her to touch me anymore. I will be going back tomorrow to see what they are willing to do to fix my hair. My bangs are completely uneven and she did not frame my face as i requested or blend my layers. I guess you get what you pay for! I would have done a better job myself. I will not be going back if they do not fix my hair tomorrow and right this wrong.

Lucky I was working right acrossed the street but they did not know this. I went in for hair cut and was told 2 hour waitung. They put me on list. I hung out waiting with no other customers around. I asked the helper were the hair stylest was and she said out smocking. Still no customers. It is now my appt time and she finally started someone else. Wow I guess she is too buisy now for me. I will wait a little longer since it has been 2 hours noe. I will add more later

I went to get my hair dyed, which of course I shouldve known how bad it was going to be. She didnt get the right color, some of it turned blue. they said it would wash out but I dont think it will. She wasnt experienced and was basically being taught the whole time. On top of that they completely destroyed my shirt with the bleach. I bought that shirt yesterday. Im going back to ask for a refund, I would say fix it but I dont trust them to do it right.
