I love getting my brows waxed here, both Liz (who just left), and Leslie have done a fabulous job. I was suprised how expensive it was the last time I went here though....$22 for just my brows. I use to pay $16 so I was a little upset at the sudden price jump. I have also got a massage here which was GREAT, the swedish massage was very gentle and relaxing, however they added aromatheraphy without telling me it cost more so that was a little irritating. I also have got a pedicure here which thoroughly dissapointed me. My legs and feet barely got massaged and I felt like I could get a better experience for half the price at some of the nail salons around the area (i really like bes beauty salons pedis). The hairstylist look fashionable but I cant bring myself to pay their prices for a haircut!

I went there for a bikini, cheeks and full leg waxing. they have very nice customer service, the y make feel confortable. the staff are very polite, nice. my experience with the waxing was good, i just didnt like the type of wax that they use, but it was ok, the gir did a really good job with me, im a very nervious person and she helped me out a lot to calm down the pain with the bikini aerea. she was very nice, and she had all the patiente to deal with me. i would strongly recommend this place. (it is very expensive do)

I went in here wanting to get my eyebrows done and she did a half assed job. They werent even at all. I realized it was probably because they were closing in 20 minutes. She could of atleast said she wasnt going to have enough time and to come back the next day, insted of winging it. Ive had my eyebrows waxed before but after she was done they were irritated and burned for the rest of the night. They left red bumps for 3 days. And i know im not allergic to anything. Very disappointed.

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a salon today. Laurae did such a fantastic job cutting my hair, listened to every detail, and actually did exactly what I wanted her to do! (I have had horrible luck in the past getting the hair stylist to actually listen to what I want.) The girls at the counter were also super nice and chatty, which I really love! Thank you Laurae and everyone at Pzazz, I will definitely be back to you from now on!

After the waxing technician left her position here, my appointment was canceled last minute. I was only told that one person had left, and they would have to train another staff member for the waxing. No information on when that member would be ready. I got back in touch and was told I could be a model and get waxed for free while the technician is finishing training. Well see how it goes.

I scheduled a hair cut with Lisa and received not only the best hair cut Ive had in years, but the best customer service imaginable from the friendly staff as well. Lisas expertise and dedication to excellence was apparent from start to finish. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere at Pzazz is fantastic and refreshing; I will definitely go back!

Had a "so called" manicure and pedicure there. My finger nails show definite brush patterns, and my toe nails were so sloppy that I had to take the polish off as soon as I came home, and redo it. To top it all off, it took over 2.5 hours for this terrible service. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

It was very calm, relaxing, and clean. Very friendly! I had never gone to a day spa before cause the cost, I will definitely go back and spend the extra money for my hair, feet, hands, brows, and last but not least a lovely back massage. Loved every min.

What really set this salon apart was the friendliness of the employees. I received a fantastic haircut and style from Charlene and a great French manicure from Lauren. Both made me feel at ease in a way I cant get at most salons.

this place was so expensive and they are racist, i went in and asked about pricing and the receptionist said are you sure? i was like WTF
