There is a certain level of lowered standards you have to expect when going to a cheap salon, but my experience last night was unfriendly, unprofessional and rushed. The whole time I was there I felt as though my business was a nuisance. When I told the woman cutting my hair that I wanted it short on the sides and blended into the top, she cut the sides short and then said "well I cant blend it anymore, so what do you want me to do now?" Im leaving two stars because the haircut I did receive wasnt that bad for a $15 haircut, but it was not what I asked for and the general experience was very dissapointing.

My 9 year olds hair was a dry nasty mess. We literally tried EVERYTHING short of shaving her head. We went in for a trim and I mentioned how frustrated we both are with her hair. The stylist was so helpful. She washed her hair for FREE with a shampoo she recommended. Her hair felt amazing right after. The stylist could tell how exhausted we were with trying to figure her hair out and I appreciated that she really wanted to help. We bought the shampoo and conditoner and weve been very pleased with it. We will be back! Thanks!!!

I wanna share my experience that I had cause it worth it..Katie took care off me ,my hair looked very bad I needed haircut and hair colour correct , I had three colours in my hair and bad hair cut.shes professional she has the knowledge, I totally recommend this place. thank you Katie

This was literally the worst haircut Ive ever had. Totally butchered. The inconsistent length on my hair is embarrassing. Now I have to go get it touched up somewhere else. The lack of attention to detail is very upsetting.
