They scheduled a delivery to drop off a treadmill and didn’t show up. They didn’t bother to call and let me know they didn’t get it in yet. They didn’t call the next day… I took off of work 3 mornings to have this delivered. When they finally showed up, they literally cart wheeled the box into my front door. The treadmill was damaged in four places. Yes it was eventually fixed by the company that sold it to me with a lot of work on my part.

Their delivery people damaged 2 grill I order from Amazon. They never kept their delivery times and in the end they lost the damaged grill I sent back with them to Amazon, and tried to blame me that I never had them pick it up. Sloppy employes, very poor customer service and if something goes wrong, they blame you for it.

Have been waiting for a delivery for a purchase from Amazon for over a week, but Pilot keeps changing the delivery date. Unreliable service at this point and disapointed. Will be more then happy to update and rate accordingly when and if my package is delivered.

So, so bad. Scheduled a return of a treadmill through Amazon. 4 hour window. WE HAD TO BE HERE!! No call, no show. Worst business ever. If I ran my business this,way I would be out of business. FU Pilot Freight. You suck.

Ive had several severely damaged shipments, they refuse to deliver because theyre so damaged then demand more $ to return the item, would not recommend
