They never have a movie we are looking for, movies include cheaper by the dozen 2 Rocky 1 2 3 4 5, band of brothers, the do over etc I went there one time and rented 3 movies I returned them on time I went there 3 Times after those 3 were returned without any one saying they were late,then one day I went to rent movies and the guy behind the counter said those 3 movies were 3 weeks late!! I said excuse me I dont think so it was really suspicious bc the guy couldnt tell me the date they were rented or returned but he was sure they were late. Im Back.... Went there in June to see f they had behind enemy lines of course they did not, the staff is always friendly dont get me wrong but come on, family video near Appleton wi always had movies I was looking for if they didnt they would ask other locations or they would order them, within 2 days id get a phone call saying Hey your movie is ready for pick up I get none of that here different ownership I guess, reason I go back is bc the staff is absolutely awesome, im back again end of June, they did not have problem Child 1or2

I enjoy each visit to this place although I admit it isnt too often that I go here. The great selection for movies along with the added convenience of Marcos being right next door its a hard "combo" to match anywhere else. The service is always phenomenal and I never have remembered a time where I would get any odd looks regarding the movies I picked. ( I admit I love romantic comedies and the occasional musical). My only reason for the 4 star rating is that I always hit by an upsell. Thats only mildly disappointing though as it is easy to see that is an issue with further management. So long story short if you want a great deal with minimal judgement and possibly excellent pizza definitely check them out.

Friendly staff, they seem to be rarely out of any specific movies. It makes a good movie night if you get a Marco Pizza you can get a free movie
