Remedy is a very unprofessional company. I am very upset with the treatment I received here. First, I applied for a position they were advertising because I met the qualifications and it was the type of work I was looking for. I went in for an interview, where I was told that the position was no longer open, but they still wanted to interview me. It would have been best for the Remedy agent to email me this information ahead of time, so that I didnt spend hours preparing for an interview for a position that had already been filled. I later was asked to apply for an open position that was similar to the type of work I was looking for. I applied that day, and the next day had to do 3 hours of testing to make sure I qualified. I completed the training, and was then asked to do an interview less than a week later. I was during my normal work day, but I was able to change my work schedule to make the interview. This interview went well, and 3 people from the company as well as the Remedy agent told me they would call me the very next day. I sent a "thank you" email that afternoon. The next day came and went, and over a week later I had still not heard a thing. I decided to reach out the Remedy agent to see if she had heard anything after a week, in a very polite and non-demanding way. It has now been over two months and I never got an email back from the agent I was working with. Obviously, they filled the position (I was told it was between me and two other candidates at the interview) but it was very unprofessional of the agent to not contact me, particularly when 4 people told me she would contact me the next day. I had again spent hours preparing for that interview, which was two hours long. Now, I have found a position on my own without Remedy. I just discovered today, however, that a couple of months ago, Remedy called my current employer asking for a reference! Thankfully it was not one of my supervisors who answered the phone, but a colleague who said she could not give out any information. This is completely unprofessional - my agent knew that I had not disclosed to my two supervisors that I was leaving. Why would I disclose this to my employer without having another offer lined up? Can you imagine if my supervisor HAD answered the phone and THAT was how she found out I was looking for a new position? I had never given my current employer to her as a reference. I had given the Remedy agent 4 other references, and my current employer was NOT one of them. My current employer absolutely loves me and my work ethic, but I was not ready to disclose to them that I was leaving until I got a new job, which is why I did not have them on my reference. As you can see, the Remedy staff did not communicate, was very unprofessional, and called my current employer for a reference when I had not given her permission to contact them. Will never, ever, work with this company again if I ever do go on the job hunt again. I would recommend not going with this company or applying for any positions they are advertising!

Hi this Saikou berry, I like remedy as a company. I started working with Jennifer she was great she was very involved with how I liked the job that she sent me to advance fiber. I told her I didnt like because the fiber or chemicals was messing with my skin. Jennifer said no problem she will find something else. She got me a job at swiss valley. Jennifer continued to make sure the job was going well and I was happy with it. Then she went on maternity leave. So now Im stuck with Courtney (keep in mind I just started this job less then a week) she never asked how the job is going. I call her she never answer the phone so i leave voicemails she never call me back. I have to drive up to remedy the only way to have any contact with Courtney. She doesnt care how the job is going or about me as a client. Ive work with other temp agents they always kept in touch to make sure the job was going well and if I needed anything. Courtney is very unprofessional, rude, maybe she needs more training to be nice and kind to people because we(the clients) are the way remedy makes money. PLEASE help her become more professional

Hi Im am satisfied with Remedy. I filled out an online application and the next day I got a phone called back and 4 days later I started my job. I totally recommend this company. The employees at Remedy seem to always have a good attitude and smiling towards everyone.

Pro: Great staffs, good environment, and was able to find a job for me fast (less than 24 hrs). Con: Remedy pays you through a debit card and that card come with a bunch of fees.
