I had an appointment with Pam and received the best hair cut of my life. I called on a Thursday morning and was able to be seen that afternoon at the time of my choosing (huge plus for a game day weekend). The appointment started with her combing out my very, very tangled hair that I had already washed at home. Not only was she as gentle as she could be (I have fine, wavy, tangle-prone hair), she also explained the products were to blame and gave me tips to help. She then gave me an amazing cut and rewashed my hair to undo the damage from using bad products. Afterwards, Pam blew out and styled my hair. Not only did my hair feel healthier, but I had volume for the first time post-thyroid surgery. The price for my visit was incredibly reasonable before the student discount was even applied (20% off). Pam met and exceeded all of my expectations and was very personable, too. I have already recommended a visit to my friends and will continue to make appointments there.

I walked in and was given an appointment an hour later. Staff was very friendly. I usually have a problem getting a perm because I have a very sensitive scalp and type VII or 4b supercoiled hair (im african). They used mizani products which was gentle for me and got my hair straight without pain. Cost me about $70-80 because I hadnt permed in about 7 months so they used two tubs of rhelaxer. So Im very pleased with results and would go back again rather than spend $40 at a cheaper salon and have my hair break.

Just had the WORST hair experience in my life at Regis. I wanted to be blonde and now my hair is a mixture is ash and brown. The appointment took forever and was not even worth the time. I have to go to another place to get it fixed. I am so upset and will never go back there for any service, especially color.

Only stylist on staff she told me to come back in 30 min and shed do my hair when i come back its been 40 min and they have closed the gate and left a will be back shortly sign . Its a mall location tou are supposed to be open this is ridiculous

Nothing like coming in to get a haircut and the gate is closed at 6 oclock. I understand we all need breaks etc but when youre expecting a business to be open certain hours it should be open.
