Really bad experience. Ive been going to Great Clips for awhile to get my haircut. Except for a couple of ladies here, Ive had bad haircuts every time. Ive stayed going for the girls who do a good job but after this last haircut I am not going here ever again. How hard is it to cut sideburns?? Some of these people really dont know what they are doing. At all. Please hire people with experience and who know how to cut hair.

When I arrived there was 2 ladies cutting hair, each with a customer. 2 additional customers showed up after me. 1st lady finished , cleaned/ swept up hair, then left all the customers waiting while she grabbed her cigarettes and went out the back door to smoke. I walked out - horrible customer service

Friendly environment. My first time experience was not so well since my hair were cut uneven. But the second time was great and Lindsay did a superb job of understanding of how I wanted my hair cut. The hair cut is also pretty cheap (13$ for men). Overall very pleased. Highly recommend this place!

Great hours and location, but its hit or miss if youre looking to get a good mens haircut. I get the typical high and tight (3 on top and 1 on the sides) and last time it was very uneven. I went to the place on 879 N. Lincoln today and he did a much more thorough job and charged less.

Rude employees! I just wanted a hair cut and was asked for my phone # and address before anything else. Wasnt even asked in full sentences. When I was unwilling to give those information they gave me an attitude. No fashion advice either.
