Very very kind and very very sweet workers there. Unlike then one on the circle, at the mall they are much more personable and they like to talk to the customers about things other then what theyre ordering. Plus they are MUCH faster then the Chick-fil-A on the circle and I dont have to sit in line for 20-30 mins!!!

"Im sorry about your wait..." Very poor service and very messy downright dirty eating area. I have been waiting for the better of 20 minutes for 2 kids meals. Its annoying to see everyone before and after you being served while you wait. Its Monday so maybe thats the problem but its only 11:30 in the morning.

The staff is friendly and engaging. Ive never received food that was not piping hot. They regularly have fun events geared towards bringing families together. The fact that they participate regularly in local fundraising events speaks volumes to their community involvement.

I like their menu but trying to get through the drive-thru is VERY time consuming. We only eat here in slow or off-hour times due to the traffic in their entrances and only having one drive-thru speaker. Maybe they could get two like McDs and it would be better.
