Ditto the nightmare statement. Couple of things that turned me off....the equipment especially the treadmills were dirty....the facility isnt 24 hours - over thanksgiving holiday, they were closed Thursday and Friday and they were supposed to be open Saturday but were closed (really frustrating since I drove 20min to get there)....equipment is also outdated. The owners should visit other facilities such as atlanta and upgrade the facility. The montgomery facility really does a disservice to the anytime fitness brand.

I joined anytime fitness today at the Montgomery Alabama facility. They have a large free weight area. They have lots of cardio equipment and several weight machines. The space was extremely clean and orderly. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I will recommend this gym to all my friends. I was a little hesitant to join this gym after I read the online reviews, but the new management team has turned this gym completely around.

This place is a nightmare. You cannot get a hold of anyone after hours if something goes wrong. They barely clean the place. Two of my friends contracted staph infection from the tanning bed. There "cleaning spray" is dishwashing liquid. If you like to workout to gospel music and talk radio this gym is for you. Thank God another 24/hr gym opened up in montgomery! The owners actually look like they work out and care about their customers.

This gym is great! They have equipment for everyone. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. Also it does stay open 24/7. This place gets better every time I work out! Will definitely recommend it to my friends. Also there is a gym for ladies if they do not want to work out with the guys. Its called Fitness for Ladies and is run by the same people! Ladies, you need to check this place out!

Dirty bathrooms. I canceled my membership by phone with the Asst. Manager who was later apparently fired. The management will not honor the cancellation even though it appears they let the Asst. Manager go for cause. They will not or choose not to even call the former employee to verify and choose to insinuate Im lying about the conversation. I filed a BBB complaint to no effect. Avoid this place.

This is hands down the best gym in Montgomery! Ernest aka Sky is one of the best gym owners I have ever met. Trust me, if youre looking for a gym where you can not only have a good workout but also meet some nice people, this is the gym for you.

Guys, if you dont know by now... Just dont go here. Its mismanaged, and dirty, and outdated. With other reviews saying you cant contact someone... Just dont go.
