The instructors are so helpful and I love boxing now! Before, I was 150 pounds, but then my dad suggested that I go boxing. At first I was skeptical of whether or not I would enjoy it, but it turned out to be really fun! Now, Im happy and healthy at 120 pounds, thanks to Iron Fit!

Great atmosphere and heck of a workout . Stephanie -the owner- and other trainers do an excellent job at motivating the entire class regardless if you are a beginner or fitness guru. The trainers know everyone by name which creates a camaraderie among the class.
