We rented a house from this company and they have not taken care of the repairs. Three months of requests to get a bath tub fixed and when someone is finally sent to paint it, the work is done poorly... Whats worse, most of the paint has stuck to us as well as our new furniture. We have asked repeatedly for them to send someone else, called local businesses to get quotes and trusted them to get the work done properly for the past four months. Nothing has been done. Two months ago, the rail in our closet fell out of the wall one night. It is clear it was not mounted into the studs back when Bo Evans originally had their guy install it. We notified by phone the next day but for the past two months no one from the company has even taken a look at it. We had a friend of the family who has his own repair business check it out. We even had him provide an estimate for Bo Evans. Unfortunately, they never did anything about it. It is not just the lack of support we receive in taking care of the home. We too have experienced issues that others have reported. Things such as lack of professionalism when you stop by the office, lack of knowledge or experience in most all of the workers at the office as well as the run around we feel we are getting when we do contact Bo Evans have left us disappointed with our choice to rent from them.

I rented from Bo for a few years and they took such good care of me. They took care of me when I lost my job and was on hard times for a few months, they completely took care of every issue I ever had with my rented home and they were always there when I needed someone to help when I was on hard times. Rent is not all they care about, they really do care about their tenants. I just know that not all tenants care about their neighbors. Now, a year later they have helped me buy my first house!!! After using a different realtor and being very frustrated, I decided to go back to Bo Evans Realty and I couldn’t have made a better choice. They took the list of homes that I wanted to view and made my day of house hunting the best, most relaxing experience. That day I found my home and with their help, my offer was accepted and I’ll be closing in a few weeks. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bo Evans Realty. They are wonderful, caring people. I 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy. They know the business!

Crooks. Literally thieves. Maintenance does actually fix anything. They act annoyed when you ask. The house wasnt even cleaned and it reeked of smoke. We had to stay somewhere else last minute with ALL our belongings in a U Haul from out of state for three nights bc they webrebt ready for us. Mice, spiders, stains, holes in the walls and doors. And now they are charging us for things we reported for them to fix the first 24 of our lease. When we confronted them about their miserable failure, the agent said "well I had a wedding to go to that day." Which day? The day you took our money? The day we got there and your staff didnt know where the keys were? The day we finally got in the house and it was disgusting? Which day exactly? I work in real estate and have lived in seven different homes myself and am APPALLED at this realtys business ethics. Rent from anyone else.

i live by this property and the people who were renting through bo evans were running a meth lab through their house,selling drugs and doing drugs in their house,the inside is run down with stains all over the carpets and now since the couple split with one being in jail their house was broken into with the front door left open. i called this property bo evans and the lady just said she will get someone to secure it. they DO NOT keep up with their property nor do they really seem to care. this is an unsafe enviornment that bo evans has put this neighborhood in being they dont do anything about their property and the people renting through it. all bo evans cares about is if their renter pays the rent and thats it...NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM BO EVANS UNLESS U WANT TO LIVE WITH THE FACTOR OF THEM NOT HELPING OU OUT WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THE PROPERTY!

I came here near the beginning of the year I was having a really hard time and had just become homeless although I do have a job. But anyways I came here first out of all the places because I heard good things but I came in and sat down cause there were two other ladies in there and about 4 or 5 women working in there on computers and such. But all of the women in there were gossiping and just talking about and no one ever said a word to me I sat there for about twenty minutes with all of them looking at me every so often but not a hello can I help you or anything I was very upset. and no one still said anything when I got up and left. Very disappointing and me sitting there I missed an opportunity at carol lemon.

Bo Evans Realty is the only place i would ever rent from again. Carrol, Megan and Punkin make you feel like family. They have always helped me out when i needed them the most and always have someone out to my rental as soon as possible when i have a problem. I have referred Bo Evans to many friends and family. I look forward to being able to buy a house one day and having Carrol help me though the way. I have never had a problem with Bo Evans and dont plan on ever having a problem with anyone there. Managed our rental and allowed the renters to destroy our home. The reason for this was that ours was a temporary rental to manage, the renters bought a house from him and wanted him to rent it long term. Unprofessional and just a really bad person. If you want your house ruined hire him.
