This Location Sucks!! I Usually have great Experiences at Chick-Fil-A on Skyland but today I was closer to this one and I Regret it...I had 2 separate orders and they acted like I committed a crime... I wanted Tortilla soup with my combo meal instead of waffle fries...Was told they were out of that soup..So I ordered a side salad...Wanted a Powerade...No Powerade at this location...Pull to the window and they put my side salad on top of the hot waffle fries from the other order...I asked for a separate bag because I didnt want hot lettuce...After receiving the bags I pull over to double check them because my intuition eye is twitching...And sure enough...They forgot 2 chicken sandwiches out of my order...And one of my drinks.. I didnt get my Ranch dressing/no fork for my salad...I had to drive back around for the rest of my order...Just a horrible time here and I wont be back...Skyland Chick-Fil-A is off the chains...Take lessons from them!

Got a grilled chicken wrap - it was packaged and cooked exactly as advertised, however the woman who served the food didnt seem particularly knowledgeable, and was wrong about the calories being included with the dressing for the wrap. The location is a bit cramped, but very nice - the gardening is immaculate and everything is very clean indoors and out. They can be also be forgiven for the size given how expensive McFarland real estate is. They have a few tables, not many - all of them are outdoors with umbrellas, bolted into the concrete. It looks like about 31 people could eat here at one time. I wouldnt recommend it for eating outdoors unless youre by yourself (I was) but I would recommend it for just a to-go order. Ive attached some pictures.

Seems like every time I go to this Chick-fil-A, there is a problem. Power is out. No coffee in the morning. When I do get coffee, I always have to ask them to fill it up to the top because they only fill it up about 3/4 full, essentially getting a medium when I paid for a large. Not going back again. Too many issues.

Order was wrong, was not repeated back to me at window. After waiting for chicken to cook which is understandable but the cold cheese and bun is not. Although nice and polite I will go out of my way to go all the way to skyland Chick-fil-a.

Second time in the drive thru this past week and it is ridiculously slow. Ive been in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me the entire time. The first time I was in it for over 25 minutes. Last time for me.

Terrible see picture. The Chick-fil-A in Northport is far better with respect to service and food quality. There is no way they would have put out a sandwich like this. This location has constant issues. Worst location in Tuscaloosa.

A drive through only ChickfilA with two lanes, but fairly good service and same food quality. Pro tip: I seem to spend less time in line when I use the interior line that is closer to where they prepare the food.

Always good food. The set up is odd. Double drive through windows that are separate from each other is cool. They do have a walk up window which is convenient.
