I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know what a great job your crew did for my clients Bat Mitzvah last weekend. It was seamless and as always, and handled with the utmost professionalism. Your culinary staff has once again proven itself to be among the best of the best. Everything was absolutely delicious. The beef tenderloin on Friday night was exquisite. Saturdays big event was stellar. Burkes artistic flair is just unmatchable in Nashville. No matter where you look, the food is presented with a "WOW!" factor. G Catering is not just about great food, it is not just about a beautiful presentation - G Catering makes an entire venue come alive. As an event planner, I balance a lot of moving parts, but with you all on the scene, I know my clients will always have the ultimate in service and well as product. Each year they outdo themselves and create an incredible experience that results in a phenomenal event. The entire team at G Catering is first class and I cannot thank them enough for their continued support year after year. Every person I spoke to was gushing about the food, service and presentation. When I told Chef Burke that we had about 100 more people than we estimated, he look at me and said "game on!"
