When I entered this location, as with any subway, they greeted me. My wife and I were the only customers in the building. My wife ordered first and I second. Before my sandwich was finished, my wife had already paid and sat down. While I was waiting on my sandwich to come out of the toaster, one of the employees was on her cell phone near the register and the employee that was assisting me with my veggies asked the other what time the other was clocking out. She said she was clocking out at 1:30pm. It was about 1:25 pm. The one helping me asked her to please sweep the lobby and the other said "Ive already swept it twice today, get someone else to do it." When the one helping me told her that she may as well clock out and leave, she said "No way, Im not supposed to clock out until 1:30, so if you have a problem with that, you can just take it up with someone else," and she kept playing with her phone. When I finally sat down with my wife, I told her I couldnt believe that employee was acting the way she was. My wife told me that the lady playing on her phone had totaled out our fees and had charged us for double meat on her salad. It ended up being nearly three dollars more for double meat... Maybe if she would get off her phone to help customers, she could have saved us money and this review would be different. They couldnt refund the extra fees because they dont have access to, for whatever reason, but they shouldnt have had to do it to begin with. If I go back to this location and this lady is working, Im going to leave, because theres no telling what else she cuts corners on...

Came in at 9:42 wanting 2 subs and found out in the middle of making the sandwiches that they already had the oven shut down so they could only be micowaved. Would have been nice to know that right away so we could have jumped back in the car and made it to the next one down the road but now here I am hungry pregnant and irritated I dont have a dang sandwich in my hand. Beyond irritated. If Im paying for a sandwhich I dont want a rubbery bread sandwhich. Will not go back. Two girls working were also not friendly or welcoming when we came in. They just sat there doing side work while we were waiting and couldnt even bother to say, "Ill be with you in a minute."

Its was great the lady that fixed my sandwich was very friendly. And she fixed my food just the way I like it. Would I STOP there again. YEP.....
