With Chef Sean, Jill, Stephanie & AJ enjoying tomato bisque with smoked gouda grit fritter, pistachio encrusted goat cheese on mixed greens with zinfandel poached pear, strawberries and spiced pecans with a dried cranberry vinaigrette, java and black pepper crusted petite filet of beef with a red wine beurre blanc, roasted beef mashed potatoes and braised Swiss chard. For dessert: white chocolate and raspberry mousse with an expresso whipped cream and Jack Daniel caramel sauce, chocolate dipped strawberries and coconut cake truffle with raspberry coulis. Simply put, the best Valentine Evening Dinner you could ever have!

We used the Daily Dish last Friday for our wedding and let me tell you what a hit it was. The people were there raving about the food and how good it was. I never post reviews however the outcome was so outstanding that I had to come on here and leave one. The food was on time...we were the ones running late. ;)) People are still talking about the food and how good it was. It wasnt like just one of the items were good. Everything taste great. We will use them again if we need to and I highly recommend to anyone. we are actually planning on driving over to the restaurant for lunch asap. :))

This place is awful. The okra was slimy, the fried chicken was dry, and the squash casserole was runny. The atmosphere was the pits, unless you like dining with construction workers, not that theres anything wrong with that its just not what I expected. Ive been twice, once with friends and once alone. I will not go back. Dont believe the hype about this long-time establishment.

The Meat and three purtn -near always has the best vegetables with a unique southern slow -cooked flavor standing tall with doggone great tasting meats such as their succulent sassy , yet mild mannered smooth smoked chicken -- Lord ,have mercy !! Knock me out -- hush you mouth! ! Never you mind lookin Fer a better place to eat this good around here.

Daily dish didnt use to be a contender in the comfort food arena in the Grassland area but over the last two years they have completely remodeled the space and loaded up the flavor on the dishes. My Dad is a Daily Dish guy, Im a Barbaras Guy where we go depends on who is picking up the check!

My family went there for Sunday brunch. The chef-prepared food was plentiful, had great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Its a bit on the expensive side (we spent $65 for a family of 4 inc tip), but well-worth it.

Amazing food... however... inconsistent. I have gone back because a dish was excellent, only to find that the next time I had it, the standard was much lower. If they kept consistency with their dishes it would be an outstanding eatery.

The food is good and cafeteria style service is nice. Prices are a little high for what you get, but they dont really have much competition so it is understandable. See lots of regulars and towns folks out for a bite.

I had a delicious salad the other day at the daily dish. It had slices of mango, fresh strawberries, coconut crusted chicken and a strawberry dressing. WOW, this was sooo good. Thank you to Jill for the great lunch.

Wonderful home cooked food. I come back again and again and Im not disappointed. If you like salad you need to try the coconut encrusted crusted goat cheese. Wonderful.

Eat here often with friends and they are always friendly, food is good although not the best but reasonable and the brunch is fabulous on Sunday afternoon.
