Do not even attempt to go! The place is very smelly, they dont have a nurses room for the older kids that are walking for when theyre sick. Theyre not welcoming, they steal the things you bring and dont even mention it. They do not have much much respect, or proper clean formality of the proper uniform. The clothes should not expose their breasts, and they should not pull their pants up when theyre halfway down their bottom in front of children, including infants. Its a bad and disrespectful thing to do because it makes the kids think its okay to do all that including loud and not discrete or quiet about it. They dont even mention they have anything in their possession, nor do they even say that they have any of your items. They say that they dont use your wipes for other children but they do. They say they dont use your formula for other children, they do. They are not worth your time or money to spend on them. Theyre just a ripoff and not true to their words.

What an incredible accommodating place this is! I was in a panic when I called about 8 other childcare centers and finally I reached Miss Lucille (sooooo patient/kind). She let me vent entirely before assuring me that they could work with any requests I had. When I went in to meet the staff I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Liz and I knew this is the kind of person I would want my children around. The love that exudes from Miss Liz and the owner Vanilla was such a refreshing gentle kindness that put my fears to rest (1st time leaving my little guy). Hes in Miss Jacquies class. You can tell shes a seasoned caregiver because my son throws a fit and it hardly phases her. She just tells me well be fine mom! AND THEY ARE! Im most thankful that Miss Lucille is sweet enough to allow me to call daily to checkup on my kids. Of course they all have it covered! So pleased I found this place!

The teachers were nice to my kids, but the front office did not run a smooth daycare services. They gave my child food he was allergic to resulting in a trip to ER. I should have known then that they didnt have effective communication. One day they picked up my child late and instead of giving me a heads up or a note, I had to hear from my child she had to wait in the office, leaving me wondering what had happened. At one point they refused to take my children in the morning even though I would pay them that evening. They dont take debit cards, and I could bring a check when I picked them up, but that wasnt good enough for them. Good luck with them, I hope you get better services then I did.

I have been going to this daycare since my oldest was 2 and he is now almost 6. My youngest who is now 2 has been attending since he was an infant and they love this place. The teachers are great and know both my children and sincerely care about them. The director Lucille is amazing, she always keeps me updated on my children and helps me out when need be. If they get sick or get an injury, she lets me know and handles the situation. Anytime someone other than me or the father comes to pick up the children, they always require identification and they call me before they release my children. I have not once had a bad experience at this daycare and I would recommend others to this place.

This is the WORST place ever..... The staff who obviously dont know how to do their jobs released a child to someone who was not on the pick up list... The owner has failed to return any calls to the parent and the facility has failed to follow court order regarding parent full and unrestricted access to any records regarding the child. This facility has also failed to contact any authority when a "Mother" forgets to pick up her child. They have also made statements to a parent about the other parents drug use...... Very very very poor business and professionalism!!!!! I definitely would NOT reccomend this facility to anyone!!!!

My child has been attending Kids World for several years now since his previous daycare unexpectedly closed. From day one, Miss Lucille and her staff have been professional, compassionate and always willing to put my childs needs first. The facility is always kept clean and orderly. I always receive calls or texts if there are any issues with my child such as being sick and needing to be picked up. I would highly recommend Kids World to any of my friends or family.

I have been taking my children there for many years now. The customer service has always been the very best. Lucille not only looks out for the kids but the families as well. It hurts to know that people write bad reviews when it does not involve their own children or when their children do not attended Kids World. My daughter absolutely loves it and is very happy there. That is all I need to know.

Not a good daycare/preschool. The assistant director, Lucille, is rude and argumentative. When speaking to her, you cannot get a word in edge wise. In addition, she has zero patience with Children with special needs. This has been addressed to the actual director, with no care shown, or results. I would not bring my child back here, and I do not recommend it to other parents.
