We use Royalty rentals for chairs and tables every month for meetings, and their level of service has always been great. Last week we had called a couple of days before the meeting date. They didnt have the tables that we like to get, but did have another option (which we have used one other time). With it being such short notice we went with those tables. On their own, they supplied us with very nice white pressed linens to put over the tables. They knew we liked the white tables, and took it upon themselves to make it happen. It was a surprise to us, and their level of service really stood out. Thank you Royalty Rentals for being the company you are!

I ordered tables and tents and chairs for a backyard wedding. Whitley and Joe helped to answer all of my questions prior to the delivery and the delivery/set up was prompt and they were very professional. My only suggestion is for tents that use weights instead of stakes, is there anyway they would use white ropes to connect the weights and the tents? It looked a bit odd to have neon ropes with all of the other white tents, tables, etc. I think future customers would appreciate things being kept white. Overall, very good. Would recommend them and would use them again for future needs. Thanks!

So amazing that there are businesses out there that provide this kind of quality, service and urgency to Customers needs. Emailed the night before for an unplanned need and when I woke up, they had already emailed me back and said "no problem!" Gal on phones intaking order was so very kind and helpful and the delivery guy was so friendly, patient and helpful. The price was way better than I feared as well. I worked with Marissa to coordinate tables, chairs, and linens for a graduation party. The cost was very reasonable. All items were delivered promptly, set up. I erroneously ordered the wrong size linen for one table, but they set me up with the right size after a quick phone call. I appreciated having someone to speak with every time, no recordings or messages back and forth. Royalty Rentals was the perfect choice for my Holiday party. They are prompt in their responses, and quickly got me what I was requesting. I chose to pick up the chairs I was renting. When I arrived, they were very friendly and loaded my car for me. When I got home, I noticed that I was missing a chair, and with no questions asked, Royalty Rentals delivered the missing chair. I will definitely be using Royalty Rentals in the future!

I needed them for a morning event and they were very nice enough to understand my needs to drop them off in time for setup. The tables were all clean and the chairs were nice and comfy. Really appreciated the gentlemen delivering called to let us know they were on their way and the chairs and tables were solid and liked that they set up and picked up in a timely manner. We were disappointed that all the chairs needed to get wiped down when they arrived. They were dusty and spotty. Otherwise a very solid experience!
