The reviews all looked great for Wedding Dreamer so we decided to use them for the wedding and reception for my daughter. I was very disappointed. I arrived after the flower centerpieces were delivered -the flowers looked several days old, they were brown and dead all around the edges, almost like five day old flowers would look. They were severely withered as if they hadnt had water in many hours. The were not full and tall as we were led to believe. The bouts were so dead the roses just fell off of the men and we had 18 of them! The service people who set up didnt put the table runners on before they put the flowers so I had to go get the runners and redo the 12 tables. Then, the service people started arguing with me when it started to lightly rain outside and they informed me they werent going to set up the wall that was to cover the ugly scoreboard. The wedding wasnt for four hours, couldnt they wait a few minutes into the sprinkling stopped? We paid more than $2000 to have these things done correctly and I have never before had an end product that was so thrown together and unprofessional. Many family, friends and guests very discreetly made comments that the flowers looked absolutely horrible. I was embassrrased and very frustrated. My daughter was in tears about the whole experience. This company was the one thing that stood out to change the whole day. Everything else, the food (done by another company) and the venue (done by another company) was all perfect. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My sister had her wedding florals done here and when we arrived at the event center we were horrified at the flowers. They looked like they had been sitting for days (wilted, browning) and we were totally embarrassed at them. They looked nothing like we were told. My sisters backdrop for her wedding ceremony was supposed to have flowers on it and when we arrived there were NONE. It was just a terrible experience and we were really confused and frustrated. When we arrived the centerpieces again looked wilted and browning and when it was set up, they had forgotten to put table runners under them so we all had to redo it, put the table runners on and replace the center pieces on all the tables. I would highly suggest using a different company and taking your business elsewhere.

From initial contact, Daphne (worker) was totally helpful every step of the way up until my Wedding day. I added and changed many decorations and she was patient the whole process. I had two buildings draped, and a backdrop. When I showed up to my wedding I was VERY IMPRESSED :) And super HAPPY it was very BEAUTIFUL and my Wedding was perfect, thanks to Wedding Dreamer! THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE <3
