Lovin my experience with AB Staffing. Im a Nurse Practitioner, and was looking for a quick placement with hefty financial payout. I got a call from Jimmy, a rep at AB Staffing, and his friendly, calming manner prompted me to keep listening. (I had previously hung up on about 10 staffing reps). He told me about a nice placement just a few hours from my home, with a short minimum time required, with a generous per-diem allowance. I took a chance accepting the assignment, and was glad I did. Jimmy was there to support me every step of the way, from phone interviews with the site, to credentialing, to negotiating housing details. Hes always there when I need assistance, and were even negotiating to extend my contract. It turns out it was such a great placement, I want to settle there permanently. Im so grateful for Jimmy and the folks at AB Staffing for making my first Locums experience so positive. Way to go!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. The most unprofessional, staffing service available. They offer per diem and claim that spectrum housing isnt affiliated to them. However, I have facts to show otherwise. My suggestion, work w any other staffing agency besides them. They lure you in with ridiculous offers, only to be trapped, disillusioned and ultimately, the victim of fraud. Beware, they make money off you and care nothing about your well being. They will tell you things to get you to an assignment only to "slow-roll" your payments and cause other issues. All of the above mentioned can be proven through documents. DONT FALL VICTIM to their tactics, they dont pay for federal holidays, which is illegal also. They hold back per diem. If your a professional and truly want to make money, chose another staffing agency.

I have worked for 3 different contracting companies in the last 3 years. AB Staffing has been the company who has gotten to know me as a person (THANK you Kirsten Fothergill!!!!) vs an employee. She has become the face of this company for me and I am very grateful she has been my contact. She is friendly, kind and supportive and calls me if my time sheet have not posted stating, "I want to get you paid!". I have received timely deposits into my account every week and the pay has been exactly what was agreed upon. I had read poor reviews with AB Staffing prior to signing on and was concerned. My concerns have been unfounded as they have been highly professional with me. I couldnt ask for a better company and contact!

AB staffing has been my first employer for contract work, and from the start they have set the bar high. Jimmy Baldwin was my first point of contact and is still my main point of contact. He has been so kind, easy to talk to, and accessible whenever I have a question or just need an ear to listen. All of my communications with any AB staff has been pleasant . Phone calls and emails are always answered in a very timely manner. If Jimmy doesnt have an answer for me, he always find someone that does. I highly recommend this company for many reasons, but their organization and people skills really stand out. You will not be disappointed with Jimmy Baldwin!

AB staffing got me out here working for Indian Health Services as a Registered Nurse. I dont know of another agency that does this type of staffing work. Working for Indian Health services on a reservation is a very different type of assignment experience. Dont expect it to be like anything or anywhere else. You will be disappointed. So, if you want to serve where there is a GREAT need, AB staffing will get you the assignment.

I am an MD and originally signed on to do 6 months locums with AB Staffing, but extended it for another 3 months. AB staffing was amazing, especially Jennifer Laughlin, who was my recruiter.
